Baking meatballs in the oven frees you up to chop the shallots rolling meatballs around on the stove makes your stove dirty I like a nice clean neat stovetop
I’ve made this recipe so many times and it’s so delicious!! I’ve made and served the one where it’s the same sauce with chicken thighs and orzo too - another favorite! A++ flavor overall! ❤

Folks, frozen leafy greens are one of the best deals around, spinach, mustard, turnip, kale, collards, etc... the price to use fresh & cook down to a pound doesn't come close to the frozen, thaw the day before, squeeze out all the water & after that I put them in a salad spinner which will take out a little more moisture. Here a 1 lb. frozen box would cost $ 1.25 where to get 1 lb. cooked down fresh would be $6.00-$ 8.00, huge savings & no sacrifice of flavor

I know the most frequent answer is to just pick something dry that not sweet and that tastes good but I honestly don’t know what is considered good. Is there any way you could suggest a specific brand of white wine or which specific brand you used in this video? Thank you!!

Having frozen spinach in the freezer is a lifesaver to have on hand, in can be put in So many Italian dishes is Great.

I suggest a Pinot grigio. Not sweet at all. It's great for cooking.
