    Picked up one last week and sprayed a custom arcade cabinet I am making. Worked like a charm! I got mine on sale for $10! 10 freaking dollars! Best $10 I've ever spent. And I actually found out about it by watching your other video on thinning Rustoleum. Thanks!

    My fluid tip didn't come off by itself. The metal peice behind that came off with it. The two peices are not able to be taken apart. Will this be a problem?

      How in the world did you get the fluid tip loose? They are tighter than tight and a regular wrench does not fit

    What position did you put that black plastic ring in between the gun body and the nozzle? I think you can put it in a few ways to change air flow but I’m not sure.

    Great content. Question. I heard that you have to or should squeeze the trigger while removing the needle assembly. Should that be done or does it matter? If it does matter what does it accomplish by doing that? Thanks a lot. I just purchased one. Mine didn’t have a wrench btw. Thanks.

    I got the very same gun. No tool with it. (Guessing it might have been 'borrowed' from someone.) I don't have a thin enough tool either. Is the tool you used a 18? 19? mm. Have ever used it for latex? What size tip? Mine came with a 1.4 - a bit too small, I would guess, for thinned latex.

    • @BulliKid

    That goo inside the gun is usually translucent silicone sealant, the number one cause for fish eye in your paint job. Silicone and spray painting don't play well together. Best to remove this with silicone sealant remover and replace it with PTFE Teflon tape.

    • @BulliKid
      @BulliKid  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    could not remove the needle from hell from the mini detail 4 oz gun. Pulled trigger, unscrewed needle as far as it would go, removed the Nozzle, fluid TIP stuck. Back to unsrewing fruid NEEDLE that stopped spinning. turned harder-Fluid NEEDLE snapped off inside. Back to the front-Fluid TIP so stuck almost snapped that too. Used auto bolt remover fluid on it with tapping. Finally the fluid tip is off the gun. The fluid needle protrudes from front of gun. Pull trigger, and apply 100 pounds force to needle head to try and back it out of the now clear chamber. No luck. Recommend soaking the entire gun in bolt remover fluid out of the box.
