If that's the case, why doesn't a Blue lantern choose a Green lantern to become a Blue lantern, essentially creating a being with a Blue and Green ring, making them a being that is constantly supercharged with each ring's energy?

That's one of the Hallmarks of writing a good villain. No one specifically thinks of themselves as the bad guy or their actions as directly evil. It's only through the eyes of the hero or the contacts that we're given that they become villains.
Valvatorez00: actually i think the black lanterns exist in Injustice it's just for some reason they haven't activated yet....cus look at Injustice 2, Nekron is mentioned all over in the gear, nekron's grip of death etc or ability, nekron which does extra damage to Green Lanterns? i haven't seen anythng in multiverse where nekron helps out or anything but the blue lanterns have helped out, there's an event i played a month ago where St Walker threw hope on the battlefield which allowed me to use my super like 3X in the match LMAO, also for Green lantern in the skins all the lantern colors are there, red, greem, white, purple[pinkish], blue, orange, yellow, black, i predict black lantern being a large part of Injustice 3, but who'd be the big bad? IDK Darkseid? Brother Eye? hard to say....

Atrocitious merely predicted it would happen, Hal Jordan was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, Abin Sur just prepared for the prochecy.
