Daredevil is in a position where he can kill someone (frank) to stop frank from killing another human. If he doesn't kill that human (frank) others will die and it will be on his (Daredevil's) conscience. This is exactly what frank feels.. that if he doesn't kill these bad guys, the death and harm they cause will be on Frank's conscience. It is kind of obvious I guess but I never really thought of frank that way. Yes he wants the men who killed his family, but he also feels great burden and guilt for NOT killing people, because he then holds himself responsible for what they do

I've never liked the punisher, he's very 1 dimensional and pretty much just basic. This series and Jon Berenthal's performance had made me a fan of the punisher. The plot and dialogue and his world are sooo much better than the comics. Jon is to the punisher what RDJ is to Ironman and Hugh Jackman is to Wolverine.💯

Although I will say that Garth Eniss's in the comics was pretty intense and realistic, it was very isolated from the rest of marvel comics. Which is I guess something that best fits the story? But with the MCU punisher I can see this variation of the punisher working out very well in the MCU, I just honestly hope that they don't do anything god-awful with his character when he does finally make his official MCU debut in a future project Ala the Daredevil revival or even the upcoming Moon night.

Then his continued pursuit of Wilson fisk, his growing relationship with fisk, he begins to prey on his weakness, and is no longer afraid of fisk.
