limit brazil nuts to only ONE per day MAX as they provide selenium and you do not want to overdose.

The title says 7 nuts, but only 6 are mentioned, (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, macadamia, pine nuts and cashews). Is there a 7th one?

All nuts are beneficial but Brazil nuts is an important one to include. As per Dr Greger’s advice 1-2 per day. Don’t exceed 2. Brazil nuts provide selenium which is hard to get these days because soils have been depleted.
