Every person in the hospital for heart disease should have a nutrition class before being checked out from the hospital with follow up education and training in nutrition. Medicare and Medicaid should require patient nutrition education as part of their standard of care. Nutrition information should be run on the hospital TV channel.

I totally agree when you say that one day , We will wonder why we didn't do anything about ageing till now. I'm not a scientist, but I've always wondered why there's such less research that goes into reversing or preventing ageing. Also, I always wonder, What is there in a new born's body that makes it grow? Is there a natural chemical? Why do young ones grow in size and why do they stop growing when they do? If we develop a substance diametrically opposite to what they have, then we can reverse ageing. I think we humans should committ a substantially larger resource towards this research.
