      Most important thing is to go on zero sugar and low protein diet. Cancer cells, as all viruses, need sugar to grow. If you starve it of sugar, it will not metastasize. Also include little turmeric with lemon juice in your diet.

    • @QabilAGhor
      @QabilAGhor ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gabeguzman9478 Turmeric is very good to reduce inflammation and new research shows that it may help treat cancer. There is also a theory that the cause of most diseases is inflammation. But in traditional Asian medicine, turmeric is known to have "hot" properties, meaning that it can cause some burning in the stomach, and that is why it has to be balanced with either milk or lemon. Milk can cause some discomfort and usually not a good idea to use when you are sick, so lemon juice is a better option. Occasionally, I use just a pinch of turmeric and squeeze one lemon into it. It also tastes, better. If you are really sick or ill, you can use up to half teaspoon of turmeric. Lemon juice stimulates the liver, which promotes healing, anyway.

    working in grocery retail. you notice the different types of bodies people have relate directly to what they have in their basket. the healthier looking people always have veggies and fruits in their cart. the not so healthy and grumpy people always have everything but what your body needs like sodas, candy, chips, ice creams and frozen foods. whats sad too is their kids are victims to their parents horrible diet. then you hear people say the poor stay poor mainly because the food is keeping them poor and unhealthy and easily sick or prone to a variety of health accidents and troubles. they spend so much money on "cheap processed foods" compared to veggies and that sort of foods. it not only will keep you healthy but change your whole body for the better. and it all starts with food. or ends because of poor food choices. you are what you eat.

      @@ontherun8 I don't think soy should be eaten by humans at all. My wife lost her colon to soy. Soy raises estrogen levels leading to breast and other cancers. Anyone having health problems in your digestive track should be tested for food allergies. Soy is really a health problem when you consider it's in almost all prepared foods, but also in soap, toilet paper, and a whole long list of other items. I heard a doctor say several years ago that "yes, soy does raise estrogen levels, but if you only eat it a couple of times a week you should be Ok". Well most Americans eat it twenty one times a week plus snacks, candy bars and so on. Doctors warn women who have had breast cancer to never eat soy again. People just don't realize what all contains soy. Even Robert Kennedy Jr . talks about soy being a health risk in America. We don't eat any prepared foods if we can help it. We eat real food made from scratch.

I heard about the brain rewiring and it helps the vagus nerves by training the our brain / our thoughts and I heard so many testimonies about how people that were use to be sensitive to a lot of food healed. I am just now learning about it and so far it is very helpful.

      @@JoyLangston my wife was raised a Seventh Day Adventist. They ate soy in almost every meal. When she met me at age twenty, she already had symptoms of arthritis. I hauled her to the nearest Wendy's and started shoving hamburgers down her. Arthritis cleared up. Soy is not healthy for all the reasons I cited earlier. SDAs worship soy, and that's their right. But all the SDAs I know are not healthy and suffer from joint and digestive problems. But, if you want to eat it go ahead. I might add that the SDA church owns soy food plants, and then tells people it's a sin to eat meat. Not only is that a conflict of interest, it's a lie.

We got tired of for the medical system to knuckle drag and faking to put money in top executives pockets. You don't have to be a witch or a warlock! I'm not going to say like the three ingredients I know that can when combined weed out the cancer load. Goes in with no side effects. As good or better than chemo and radio 📻. The thing is I can't make money off it here. And the companies who's supplements you are using will sue you, cuz they can't claim either, but they haven't put like the three ingredients together either. So I was thinking of going down to Mexico and setting up shop there in retirement to manage cancer 🦀 or you may have to die with the knowledge...

      @@Catherine-mh8sw you can buy it in the natural root form from any health store. It would be in the produce department. You can also buy it in capsule form wherever you'd find vitamins. Lastly, you can find it where you would find the seasons (to cook with). Make sure you add a lil black pepper with it regardless of how you take it. The pepper helps the body absorb it. Processed food is pretty bad for us...esp the refined sugar. Too much of that can eventually do damage to mitochondria. And a note on tomatoes...the most lycopene is in the skin and if you cook them , you absorb more lycopene. Also, if you add olive oil, you absorb even more lycopene.Great vid. There are foods to help each of the 5 health defense systems....Gut micriobiome, Angiogenesis, Stem cells, Immune system, DNA. I would add carrots here and pistachios bc I like them.

    Most organism have cancer cells including humanoid species... Damaged cells formation inhibited growth of such cells... Lack of potassium and magnesium and other elements deter cells formation... Milk, yam, almonds, coconut water and bananas contained a very high potency of potassium nutrition to promote cell development with iron and haemoglobin...
    Injuries resulted from internal and external will damage cells structure, tissues and organs...
    Lack of sleep well cause white blood cells to consume red blood cells...
