    Quick tips for your poached eggs Sophie. Just add a little bit vinegar in your water : the egg white will stick on your egg yellow. Put a 3-minute timer : your poached eggs will be always perfect! Enjoy 😅

    Sophie my wife loved this video and how even though your life is crazy you are able to stay consistent and reach your goals. Even when you were sick you came back to your routine. This is a great video to help potential clients see that life has ups and downs and how to get back on track. Great work.

    I got covid last week too. Took me an entire week and still now, feeling the low energy levels kick in every now and then. Your videos, the way you share, your smile, and your soft voice is truly greatly appreciated. Your pace is just ideal for me and doing me allot of good. Take it slow don't rush yourself to 100. We'll all get their on due time.

    Late comment but, after visiting Amsterdam🇳🇱, I got hit by covid too. I was having a bit of anxiety yesterday thinking that I will probably have to skip my training session today so my body can recover faster, and I found myself going back to this video to get a bit of peace of mind. The way you balance your training and nutrition so (seemingly?) effortlessly and intuitively is truly an inspiration to me. So here I am, commenting on an older video at 4am 🤣: thank you so much for what you do and have a great day 🥰

    I had the same realisation about sound and social media before. My solution was to listen to binural beats for focus at the gym, and time restriction on apps (which in turn led me to eventually get away from social media.., except of youtube ofc 😜😇🤭)! One of many reasons that I love your videos is because you always speak so softly and the music is never stressfull! Thank you ❤️💕

    I don’t know about that specific brand, but I read the ingredients on the classic cheap ramen recently, and there were more toxins in the noodles than the seasonings. But the seasonings were also pretty bad lol. I’ve been using brown rice stir fry noodles to make “ramen” with chicken and either broccoli/peas or cabbage. You can also get authentic ramen online that’s clean, I just don’t because I’m gluten intolerant.

    I'm using some tips to make my poached egg perfectly 🥰.
    I'm putting the water with salt and vinegar to boil. I'm boiling the egg exactly 3min. So, we have a perfect egg 😊

    I have read that people going back to working out at same pace as before generally end up with long covid. Take it super slow guys!

      Yes!! Please go slow and be careful. I got long covid in December if 2020, and could barely get out of bed for months. My recovery was very slow and I was out of the gym for 7 months. Please don’t push yourself until you’re fully recovered!!

      i worked out after 2 weeks and i immedietly got sick again! my immune system was not ready and i didnt realize ! (i ended up with a bronchitis and was sick for another 2-3 weeks!!)
      we have to listen to our body and rest.

    Are your face pulls meant to target your traps or rear delts? The ones you are doing target your traps. I do those too, but I also add face pulls that target rear delts through external rotation

    The noodles in ramen are actually the real unhealthy part - they are all pre-fried in oil before packaging. FYI! Sometimes you can find ramen where the noodles are fried first.

    Hi Sophie! I got covid last week too from someone at work. And I have never had it all these years! I literally have been going to the gym every single day..and havent worked out since last wednesday! Please can you tell me when can I be back to workouts? I obviously dont have any fever anymore (had a slight one only first 3 days). Now it is just my throat is still recovering..

      I’m not a specialist whatsoever, just a fan of these videos :) however I don’t think you should feel lightheaded at all. You should have enough fuel (food) in order to keep you going without feeling such a way. Hope it gets better :)
