    I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a motivating and safe environment on your channel. I have always been an active person and when I started college I feel like I had to sacrifice so much personal self care as a Biomedical major because I prioritized getting straight A’s over eating healthy and working out. Now that I have recently graduated, I am reminding myself that my physical and mental health are my biggest priority. I have finally created a routine that I’ve been consistent with again and it’s all thanks to you and your channel!!!

      Switch to a 100% raw fruit diet. Been raw fruit for the last 4 years, cured psoriasis and I'm building crazy strength compared to when I ate a high protein diet which is poison to the human body.

    You can also just combine the two breakfasts together. Mix the chia seeds and a little milk with the Greek yogurt, and the toppings are they same for both. That’s basically my overnight oats but without the oats

    Oeeeh chia seed pudding is amazing ❤ Ive been obsessed with it for months now oops. But I found that 3 tbsp (30 grams) of chia seed with 140/150 mL almond milk works perfectly! I mix protein powder through the milk before adding the chia seeds. And then I make a parfait of it and add a ton of greek yog + berries + nuts. Loooving growing season 🎉

    Ik vind je video’s ontzettend leuk, motiverend en ik vind het geweldig om te zien hoe erg jij geniet van jouw leefstijl en we leren allemaal veel van jou. Ik volg je al zeker 5jaar met plezier.
    Misschien komt het raar over dat ik dit ga zeggen maar ik hoop dat je het als opbouwend kritiek kan opvatten.
    Maar je toont mij nu jouw ‘bulk’ fase en het enige wat ik zie is jou droge buikspieren in beeld. Het zijn jou gene dat je er zo uit ziet, je heb er jaren lang hard voor gewerkt en daar mag je mega trots op zijn. Maar bij een groot deel van de mensen is dit jammer genoeg niet het geval, zij stellen jou de vraag; hoe kan ik ook die abbs krijgen en op het moment dat zij willen bulken en geen lijnen meer zien, worden ze onzeker. Misschien kan je de positie van dat je opneemt veranderen?

    Good to know you like wagashi, Japanese sweets! They are good for trainers because of very low fat. One of them you ate is not mochi, more like daifuku or omanjyu :)
    I am a Japanese woman living in Denmark, so I'm jealous you can get them😂 Anyway I hope you can visit Japan soon later!

    Quick tip if the kimchi is too spicy. I just cook it on the stovetop and add a bit of sugar. Or if you want it even more just wash the kimchi one time. I only do that if my toddler is eating.

    Hiii, thanks for your video! I really like this style. That's definitely what we want.. to see an actual workout with the rep details and food ideas! It makes me want to go back to the gym (which is hard for me as it brings me a lot of anxiety).

      I've always done something even if I don't feel like it. You'll always have that tiny person on your shoulder saying, nah don't bother.
      I think your brain likes to get in the way of accomplishment.

    If you train fasted… what time is your last meal or snack the night before… I struggle to train fasted.

      Just don't do it if you struggle. You'll be less efficient and there is no benefit from it. It's just a matter of what works for you
