Hey Sanne! 🌟I think you can add tahini in your pumpkin spice smoothie bowl. Because combination of pumpkin and tahini is sooo good. I'm from Turkey and we boil the pumpkins in water with sugar (or healthy another options i think honey the best) . When it is cooked, we put tahini and walnuts on it. Aww you've to try it, it's my favorite ❤️ (I am bad at grammer, sorry :))

I tried the rice, pumpkin, chickpea, cauliflower etc recipe for lunch and added some tomato salsa. It was soooo delicious! My husband loved it too! I love your recipes Sanne!
I have a rly cool tip for making pumpkin. You can put the whole pumpkin into the oven at 200 °C for like 20 min (I am not sure just watch it) and when it is soft you can take it out and it's much easier to cut it.
hi sanne! here's a recipe you should try out; it's so simple yet delicious: pan fry a serving of feta in a bit of olive oil. In the mean time, whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with some pepper, dried oregano and turmeric, then add to the now melted feta in the pan and scramble the eggs until cooked!
