You should start a little segment called “Sizzling with Sanne” or “Sautéing with Sanne” and cook all of your favorite recipes! And you could have guests that come on and you guys make one of their favorite recipes! Just an idea I thought would be fun!

I'm from Turkey and we boil the pumpkins in water with sugar (or healthy another options i think honey the best) . When it is cooked, we put tahini and walnuts on it. I have a rly cool tip for making pumpkin. You can put the whole pumpkin into the oven at 200 °C for like 20 min (I am not sure just watch it) and when it is soft you can take it out and it's much easier to cut it.

That Japanese seaweed you put on your rice is called furikake - it's a seasoning mix, usually made up of seaweed, fish flakes, dried veggies, etc 😊 Loved the video! 💕

You are so welcome! I workout probably 4 times a week 45 minutes. I do stretch every day for 30 minutes :)
