I never cared for a meal prepping much either because I really love to cook and work with food daily, and I really wanted fresh meals through the week. The most helpful tip I figured out for myself was instead of pre-cooking everything, just preparing a meal plan and ingredients so that all I need to do is cook, not do a bunch of chopping. I do have time to just cook if my meat and veggies are prepared and I figure if I don’t have time to spend 10 or 15 minutes cooking, then I need to re-prioritize life for my health sake! Similarly, I also do what you do here and cook double portion to have leftover the next day. I only like leftovers once and on the next day only. Thank you again for another wonderful video full of great ideas!
I totally feel that way sometimes too! Meal prepping full meals is sometimes not always my favorite either as I also don't like eating the same meals everyday. When I meal prep, I usually just make a big batch of rice, quinoa, chicken etc. and I can use it in different meals and make different things with it so it's not all the same! :)

Genuinely meal prepping meat and boiling eggs for the week has worked wonders for me. I really struggle to get in protein especially during the week which is rly not great for muscle growth and energy levels so now I just have precooked protein sources ready to add to meals and it’s super easy to just add raw veggies to. A chicken pesto wrap with rocket and tomatoes is honestly so quick to make and so yummy! xx
I also notice the biggest improvement in my digestion when I eat mindfully. I think for me its because A) I am actually fully and conciously chewing my food, so that there arent bits of unchewed food trying to be digested. And B) For me when I can mindfully eat, I am more in my parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system, as opposed to when Im on my computer or phone I am more in my sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight), as our body is always usually in that system when we are wokring.

One thing I like doing to have food for later meals is batch cook something like beans or another source of protein, I'll make a big pan of veggies and mix that with part of the beans and that's my food for one dinner. Then the next night I'll make different vegetables and mix those with the beans and then maybe have a sweet potato to stuff with the new bean mixture. And that night I'll make 3 or 4 sweet potatoes so that I can have those ready on the next night where I need to prepare another source of protein.
I love me a good salad. There's this restaurant here with a double nickel salad dressing. It's a vinegar-based dressing. Wish I had the recipe. They need to bottle it and sell it in the store.

I personally don’t have any issues with gluten and dairy! So I eat it still in moderation. :) however, if you do have an issue or react to it, I wouldn’t eat these foods then.

I personally don’t have any issues with gluten and dairy! So I eat it still in moderation. :) however, if you do have an issue or react to it, I wouldn’t eat these foods then.

From someone who is horribly gluten & dairy intolerant - your mindset is so toxic. Gluten free & dairy free is not a “fad diet”. For some of us with allergies and/or intolerances, there is no choice. Overall, it’s anti-inflammatory and everyone can experience benefits from trying to lower their intake here and there. Especially here in the US where wheat crops are genetically modified and sprayed with chemicals. She clearly has a wide variety of foods in her diet and is healing her hormones! Removing gluten when I developed issues with it, stabilized my hormones as an added after-effect. Again, because gluten and dairy are inflammatory! I appreciate her showing recipe options that cater to different dietary needs!

My mindset is not toxic. What's toxic is telling people they can be healthier by eliminating foods that are absolutely fine for most people. You just happen to be someone who is not most people. Calm down.

A woman bashing another woman on her healthy diet and what is helping her heal her body is an attempt to make her feel “bad” to make yourself feel higher.
