Nice vidio brother i feel the wire inside the brush connection in starter is the week link. Either wher there is low voltage due to voltage drop in neg or positive battery cabel connect the draw of access current draw cause such melting 🙏
Nice video!! I have the same issue right now. The only thing, my car stop while I was driving and never start again. I did the same test and the starter seem to be the problem. But, I don't understand why the starter could make the car stop. Can you help me? An idea, hint? Thank you !!
Many YT technicians are guessing way too many times about the model of the car, the year, and the engine, all that information is easy to read in a few different places on every car, I find it strange as to why guys are guessing what they are working on, very strange indeed. No Crank and No Start have 2 different meanings, if the starter does not engage then it's a No Crank, and no need to call it a No Start since there is No Crank for the starter motor. Bro, you bench-tested the old starter to find the problem, why did you install a new starter without bench-testing it first? What if it's bad out of the box, NEW means Never Ever Worked, do yourself a favor Bro, test new parts. Example: HO2S heater open circuit out of the box, people do not want to check the simple resistance of a new part and then chase their tail wondering why the car still runs bad, because they installed a bad part from being too lazy to test a new part and trusting it. I have watched enough of your videos to see that you don't have this type of deep-caring attitude, you trust too much, as for me, I must prove it to myself first before I get burned, we don't get paid for the job twice man. Another major problem with mechanics on YT, running the battery down on camera and showing that they don't care about keeping the battery up in a shop environment OMG. Way too many simple mistakes in the job today, where is your checklist, your notebook, your step-by-step procedure that you designed yourself? We all have poor memories, put yours on paper so you dont need to remember anything, just follow along the text. Thank you for this case study.
