Hey everyone, thank you for watching ♥️ I filmed this video on May 5th and 6th. This is my last travel video for a bit due to the current situation in Taiwan. Let’s stay safe, stay inside, & work together.

I actually broke my drone but didn't know until the night before my trip to Penghu & was devastated. I saw a drone flying on the beach and I asked them if I could share the footage on TH-cam and they were so nice to me… They gave me everything they had ❤️

I never thought of Taiwan as being multiple islands. I've only thought it was just the large main one. This was a nice look at seeing more of what Taiwan has to offer.
Jesus that's cheap for the whole trip! I can't believe it's so affordable. I know I've been shocked at how cheap things are there in other videos, but less than $700USD for everything you did is incredible.

I’m a new subscriber to your channel. I just had to subscribe after joyfully bingeing your videos about Taiwan these last few days. I am originally from Taiwan but now live in the US. Because of your videos I can live vicariously as well as endure my homesickness as I patiently wait until it is finally safe to visit again. Thank you for taking us along your journey as you explore, get to know and familiarize yourself in your new surroundings. I really enjoy how you combine historical facts, practical tips and your own unique views on each of the places you’ve visited so far. I haven’t been to Penghu so your videos highlighting this beautiful place has definitely given me ideas of what to do and see when I do visit. Actually, after watching all your videos about Taiwan I’ve realized that I haven’t seen as much of my home country as I should have. It’s definitely my goal to explore more of Taiwan in the hopefully near future. Thank you again for letting us into your life in Taiwan and taking us along on your enchanting adventures! I look forward to seeing more of what’s to come when it is safe for you to venture out and about again. Your Penghu fireworks holiday trip probably gives the best explanation for 'working hard and playing hard'. So many million dollar views and food. Life is really good under your camera's capture.

I've been absolutely loving your Penghu videos; it looks so beautiful! Taiwan is definitely up there on my travel list once we're able to again. It's been there for a while, but your videos are really making me want to go!
Also, I laughed when you and Ruth played the soju drinking game; so many memories of it! If you twist the little tab in on itself, it also makes it easier to flick. There's another game you can play where one person looks at the number inside the lid, and then tells everyone to guess between two numbers. Whoever guesses closest to the number wins, and everyone else has to drink
Loved the series, hope you get a chance to do another one soon! I believe that considering all the tours and activities you guys did, the total was definitely worth it and is about what a 4 days trip would cost in Brasil as well. You really are putting Taiwan in my travel list!! Thanks 😊🇧🇷

So lucky!! They cancelled it the week after we came back. I had a few friends there during that time. I wonder with it being cancelled/postponed this year, it they will push it back to July or august.. or just wait until next year. 🤔
@@LayersOfJenn Maybe got postponed to later months of this year like the Taitung Hot Air Balloon Festival… but if the numbers of cases keep increasing in the following months then I think the possibility of being held up in the next year is higher … I really really missssss Taiwannnnnn 🥺🥺!!!!
I think next year is more likely too. Whatever is safest at this point 🥺♥️

I went to Taiwan for the first time in 2019 and went to Penghu as well, such a beautiful island. Loved the many temples and amazing scenery there.

16:27 Your brain isn't weird, Jenn. Despite their name, Cuttlefish are not fish. They are actually marine molluscs. They are Cephalopods, so they're closely related to Squid, Octopuses, and Nautiluses.

Loved this Penghu series, definitely putting the island on my list of places to go when I can finally visit Taiwan *fingers crossed pretty please and all the prayers for the end of the pandemic*. I find the overall trip cost to be pretty fair, plane/hotel and all the activities you’ve done, it’s a good price for me! Can’t wait on the next travel video

I think it’s very reasonable too. I mean we could have saved money and not have taken so many tours but, in the end I wanted to bang out a lot on this trip. 😅😂
You should have visited 摩西分海 where has become a hotspot for tourists in recent years. When the tide is ebbing, a trail about 10 meters wide and 300 meters long appears and you can walk on the trail to an uninhabited islet but you shouldn't stay in the islet long because when the tide is flowing, the trail is disappearing and immersed in the sea.
It looks so pretty and serene their and the water is so clear

The total price seems reasonable - to me the daily prices of activities, food & hotel are cheap but the airfare was more than I thought it’d be
It’s also the busiest season to go to Penghu because of the fireworks festival. Maybe in other months it might be cheaper 🤔

上次去澎湖時天后宮還在整修，事實上它修了非常多年，很高興看到它終於又開放了，澎湖的天后宮是全台灣最古老的，有400多年的歷史，台灣本島最古老的是300多，正因為它是如此古老，找不到適合修復的技術與材料……尤其很多古老建築技術都已經失傳，所以它關閉了非常久。上次我們去的是另一個廟宇【保安宮】最特別的是它有由一棵古老榕樹長成的樹林

@@LayersOfJenn, see Taiwan News website on 12/23 Eva Air fires pilot and 5/16 Taipei Lions Club member who lied about daughter who visited him and was overseas, but she was on High Speed rail to Kaohsiung and spreading to supermarket and gym. Wife mentioned another pilot who started the latest May spread had lied about visiting call girl who spread via her contacts. :-(.
