According CDC directions, after October 5 you don’t need to wear mask if you’re in a outdoor area where is non crowded or available to keep social distance.
But most Taiwanese choice to keep wear it, just by case.

Your drone shots really showed off how different each of the tea plants look, and you did a great job describing how the ones you sampled tasted. I was surprised to find the plants still produce even after 45 years - I knew grape vines can live a long time, but tea plants were a surprise.

Old tea is my favorite! It has kind of smoky and a little dusty flavor, I would say. Also it is not bitter at all, and has a really unique sweet taste once it goes down your throat.
My best friend, also roommate while in college, her uncle owned a tea farm in Nantou. Her father knew that I love tea, and I even brought a teapot with me, so he gave us a 300g pack of old tea from the tea farm. Since the packaging was color gold and vacuum packaged, and also *that* *expensive,* I used to call it "little gold brick". I really miss my tea-scented college days.

The honey flavor is caused by the little green insect called 小綠葉蟬 Jacobiasca formosana. They sting and suck from the leaves and that creates chemical change in the leaves. That's how the special aroma comes from.

What an amazing experience 😍😍 Crazy how much work goes behind making only a potful of tea. Loved it💓 Also, at first, I thought you were the one playing the instrument and I was baffled at how u could be so good at it😄😄
    P. S. Loving the blue make up look💙

    4 baskets = 1 teapot? wow...
Amazing video! You always put so much love into your videos!
It must have been an amazing experience to be able to try and make tea yourself! Thanks for taking us along!
I've tried Taiwanese tea in Japan (through Lupicia) but I wonder if it would taste any different in Taiwan!
Keep being awesome and looking forward to your next adventure

Oh wow I didn’t realize there was a Taiwanese tea in japan but makes sense! This year in Japan, many convenience stores carried Taiwanese sweets this year too! (My friends always sent me photos of tagged me on IG)

      I think they meant 1 full pot or 1 can (150 g).
We don't put that much leaves when making tea. Usually one layer of tea leaves is good enough.

Tea with honey flavor reminded me that whisky is also inherited with nuts, honey flavor, too. Also, that 35 year old tea is like a 35-year-old whisky, too. Probably they are expensive because so many years are stored within themselves.

It’s all fascinating for me because I feel like there isn’t a tea culture in Canada. I’m sure there is something in Canada but it cannot be compared to Asia!
