    I'm an Activity Director and this series is fabulous for my residents! I do slow it down to 75% speed, but it really does get them moving.

      Thank you Cedarhurst Madison. The lady Rose in this video is 93 years young. One of the most challenging parts of creating a exercise program for beginners and seniors is the exercise speed it can't be to slow for the 55 to 65 year young and it can't be to fast for the 75 to 95 year old. It's a tricky balance. That's why I always have someone seated and a person standing. Thanks 😊

    Myself and my partner Maryann work out at the YMCA but found you on line and started working out with your videos about a month ago and we LOVE you and your videos Im in my 70s and my partner is in her 60s and we look forward to exercising along with you.........you make it fun.     Thank you Curtis. I am only 50 years old but have MAJOR back issues. My mom introduced me to your workouts and I have been doing them for 3 days now. It challenges me enough to notice I am doing good for my back but not hurting me. I love how supportive you are too. Thank you 🤗

    Awesome what a combination i can pick 3 10 min videos or one 30 minute video chair sitting or standing, i absolutley love the balance exercises avery weak area. Also as its challenge my brain to get coordinated. Im so very grateful to you from New Zealand 😊💖💖😊

    I am so glad I found you...you have motivated me to "get moving" while I'm sitting. I have been taking toning and strengthening classes for seniors at my local hospital....you videos will keep me moving the 5 other days I'm not in class. Thank you so much for your time and energy in making these videos.

    hi curtis, a quick question. a few days ago I woke up with lower back pains, the result of the night before behavior: stepping up a 2 step kitchen stool with lifting pots and pans and flatware to put them in storage in cupboards above the height of my refrigerator. this i had repeated about 10 times. so......given that exercising every morning always helps me get my 74 year old body in shape for the day: are exercises O/K for lower back pain or contraindicated for a few days.

      No, I would seek medical advice from your Dr. You could have strained your lower back or something worse.
