Do you have any episode on how to handle low sodium meals when vacationing? At least early ckd where we are watching sodium. At home i am perfectly able to figure out the low sodium meals but if we are out on a week trip with very few restaurants n grocery store what are some good options. I can think of fruits, cut veges with hummus or sodium free nut butter, oats in microwave, salt free nuts. How to navigate restaurant meal at least once a day? What are some good stand bys? Thank you both for doing this service through all your channels.

My husband has stage 3 CKD. A recent urinalysis showed Protein/Creat ratio cannot be detected. Doc explained his urine is not concentrated and contains no protein. However, it is stated ABNORMAL. Is this good or bad thing?
