    Jessica I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks now and always mean to comment but I've been having a tough time lately. I'm going to start commenting more because sometimes you say things that I really needed to hear someone say. Today it was when you said not to worry about whether or not I was feeling the way I was supposed to and that no matter what, I was doing it right. I needed to hear that and tell myself that. I have had ptsd my entire life and my therapist is trying to help me connect to my body because I'm so dissociated from it. So yes, when I follow along with TH-cam videos I am always concerned about whether or not I'm doing it right and feeling what I'm supposed to be feeling. Hearing you say "you're doing it right" brought my mind a bit of peace so that I was able to focuse more on my body so thank you.

    Hi Jessica! I've watched a few of your videos & so far you're the only fitness youtuber I can actually follow for a daily routine basis & for that I thank you a lot.     This was amazing!!! THANK YOU! I have extremely tight muscles (I workout 4-5x / week) but no matter what types of stretches I do - static or dynamic nothing seems to work. So I'm always on the look out for a good routine that just makes me feel slightly better lol. But yeah, I'm one of those that absolutely can NOT touch my toes. I can NOT sit crosslegged...even when I am laying down on the floor, I have to lift my lower back up off the ground because it hurts to lay totally flat... So I'm ALWAYS modifying everything.
    And I do work from home and thought "let's search for a 10 minute pliates stretch workout..."
    just stopped and did this and I feel a lot better right now!

    Yes, Maui is really going through it. I just moved back to the mainland and miss it SO MUCH, and I’m so heart broken for Lahaina. I worked there for 3 years 😭

    Can we gain weight with Pilates??
    I am doing your full body Pilates workout for 3 weeks now. I dont take gap days I do Pilates daily. But bcz i am already skinny so should I be concerned or not.
    BTW your workouts are awesome. I am actually following your videos religiously and I can clearly see difference in my Strength and Energy. I am just a little bit concern about weight loss bcz people skinny shame me a lot.

      If you're eating healthy and exercising, the only weight gain that you might see would be the number on the scale getting bigger because you're gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So sometimes even when a person is working out and trying to lose weight, they see good changes in their body but the number on the scale might not change or sometimes it even gets bigger because they have replaced some fat with muscle.

    Thanks I’ll try this ! However after doing other people’s workouts for years I started creating my own. For me my own workouts are the most fun and unique. If you have a little energy left after this workout, it would mean a lot to me if you try one of my workouts too.
