The motivation you gave me to keep going isn’t describable so I just wanted you to know and anyone else seeing this to know you are a big inspiration, motivation and idol.     Bro I just want to say you are the man! I’m been a big weight lifter since the days of football awhile back. As time went on I slowly abandoned everything except weight lifting and noticed a higher body fat percentage than I’m used to. Thanks for getting me in check brother!

    I lost 15 kg in 2 months with little bit helthy dieting like cutting to zero sugar intake and avoiding breads, butter, heavy oils and no to fast food special vegetarian fast food . I only take meals 3 times a day with approx 2000 cal per day... And doing this exercise 7 times a week🥵😵 bou the results are fantasting I am seariously looking handsome with a lots of physical, mental and social strength and with lots of confidence...
    Go do it brothers every swet will count😤

    I started working out, with Chris's video. 8 best cardio exercises.
    Earlier didn't did, any muscle building routines.
    Just that one video.
    Thing that kept me going at that stage, was Chris Saying. "if we completed 1 round of this, it's time to work for the 2nd round and build our way up there".
    Feeels nice to get back to roots baby.

    Great workout!
    Started these a month ago and couldn’t keep up for crap. Now I only have a couple stops to catch my breath. (Controlling my breathing has always been hard for me with the timing but this is good practice) thanks! Down 15 pounds since I began. I still do strength training in the gym and go for runs in the park as well. It’s a puzzle and you need a good balance to be a strong athletic human. I neglected this and chased heavy weights for too long

    did 2 rounds of this with a 45 weighted vest and on holy crap im exhausted normally i can do 5 - 6 but with that extra weight it is so much harder and great if you need a short and amazing workout. thanks to you chris i finally a month ago got a 6 pack and its more toned than ever! cant wait to be able to rack this up to 5 while being weighted down. thanks so much!

    man i am burning 300 calories

    and i made it on you
    and i showed my teacher the elbow lever in class
    and thanks to you
    i got a fitness tracker ( MI band 5), resistance band and wrist wraps on my birthday

    I like the 15 min or less HIIT. Especially since Dr bright said any high intensity over 15 min starts to shoot cortisone levels up, and I want to keep them down so I don’t store fat to survive from a tiger running after me.
