I've been doing this for just 3 weeks and I'm loosing weight fast so i only take 1 brake each week and 2 times a day to get fast results on having my goal so I can do stuff without over thinking about my weight and not be judged about it so Chris is just the goat about loosing weigh, exercising, being an athlete, not being lazy, get up and doing something that makes your life 100x better, and knowing what is right or wrong.
Lost 9kgs in 3months following this workout routine 4 times in a week along with 1000 skipping + 1day 8km Runs . 2days rest day as Chris recommended. Hats off to Chris 🙏Respect

An advise from me to people, HIIT Workout doesnt mean you breathe heavy, but being able to control your breathe during hiit workout or running while your heart rate is up, that way you'll be able to last much longer and improve your stamina, because most of the time you get tired because of Breathing improperly during hiit sessions. The moment you learn to control your breathe, you'll notice your Stamina improving.

Ok i've been watching chris for over 3 years but never did his workouts seriously (for a prolonged amount of time). It's time i get to it : For info i'm 21, 172 cm; 73Kg (a bit overweight for my height. The normal size is between 57-72 ish) DAY 1 : Did 1 round and my heart physically hurts. I could do half of the workout fine but the other half i had to stop 3-4 times to catch my breath. (this is great, just shows how out of shape i have become. Hoping it gets better the next day) DAY 2 : Did 1 round again but it felt less tiring. Don't get me wrong my heart is racing but i felt i got through it faster and paused twice as less. However today was harder bc i had abdominal pain due to day 1. Looking forward to day three. I plan on resting the day after and go back 3 more days with this routing but adding an other round after break day. Wish me luck ! DAY 3 : Did 1 round again. Felt easier but i got tired and took a break a bit more than usual. I think it's probably bc my abs hurts like hell due to the first to day making it harder to breathe without feeling my abs ache. I'll definetly need a rest day, which i'll be taking tomorrow. Looking forward to day 5 where i'll try to do 2 rounds for the first time. DAY 4 : REST DAY 5 : Did 1 round again. I couldn't bring myslef to do 2 rounds, my mind doesn't feel ready yet. I keep telling myself nope, this is killing me, there is no way i can go another round. On the other round, today i saw the biggest of improvments. I only stopped 4 times total and felt a lot less tired during and after the workout. The motion in every single exercices has improved. This is definetly working. I feel like i'll go for 2 rounds when i'll stop 2 times or less on the first round. I'm still... Nevermind, as i was wrinting this (5 min) i stopped feeling tired and went for round 2. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I stopped once for every single exercice and i gave up at mountain climbers. But hey, it's better than not doing round 2 i guess. Hoping it keeps getting better ! DAY 6 : REST (i had work, didn't have time) DAY 7 : I stopped the same amount of time for the first round but as it was done i was sweating more than usual (bc my room was hotter for some reason). However, I felt a lot less tired. I was ready for round 2 with no problem. I got to russian mountain climbers of round 2 and stopped. I got to that point with less difficulty than the last time i tried to go for round 2. The progress is definetly there. Looking forward to tomorrow.
I am following his 3-4 video for daily burnout excercise 👍 . And i can see overall 10 kg weight reduction in 3 months . Without and ly fasting or nonsense things . Just eat home food and follow this guy. No gym required for good heart ❤️ and physique.

Such a fact. I find I don't need to breath very hard most of the time and I get heart palpitations if I over do it.
