The air pump under the seat is genius! Luv that👍👍. It does have its short comings though, like the battery rattle. Which at 1600eu should not be happening for sure.

I found that a single band of electrical tape near the charger input fixed battery rattle on my Z20 on day one. Forgot it had even been an issue until I watched this.
Hi Chris, as another Spain resident, might you know the rules and regs for riding e-bikes in the country / EU? I like the look of these Himos (be it the Z16, Z20, or the ZB20) but with the max models costing a fair deal more for what looks like less power and the lack of throttle I don't quite know what to do. I'd look into the Fiidos or ADOs as well but might I get caught out by Spanish law? I just want to get back and forth to the shops!

The rattle is annoying, but some velcro strips on the battery would stop that. Love the fat wheels and def shortlist material.
Yes I think it would be an easy fix but it shouldn't do that for the price. The frame is really solid however and the overall build much better than ADO, Engwe or Fiido even.

Yeah pretty heavy check out the Z20 max i reviewed with the normal sized tires it's a lot lighter
If tou could Chris find us a method to prevent an e bike from being stolen, I think this what prevent most of us from buying an e bike
It's like any other bike very hard to stop that. Place an air tag on it just it case it is to track where it ends up. But I would not leave this bike unattended even locked up.

Hi Chris I'm looking for a decent E-scooter for around 600 euro's, what do you recommend nowadays?
Well I'm currently testing the NIU KQi2 that's good for around 500 euros. But a better model I have a review coming soon on is the G-Cycle L10 Pro very good scooter but around 700 euros I think.

This. The ADO bikes are no way near as good in build quality.

Very good normally the motors aren't ever issue at all but the battery or bearings etc other components.

I'm confused the MAX version is supposed to be 22 kg according to HIMO website. Is this the MAX version? What's the difference between the MAX and non-MAX version? Anybody? Thanks
It’s the Max. Very little difference, handle bars changed, the accelerator is gone and the battery plus the bike is certified. It’s all mentioned in this review.
