BIG MISTAKE buying this bike. It broke after only 2 months of use. They recommended to change the settings, it worked for another 3 weeks and broke again. So they recommended to check the cables. Worked for a week, broke again. None of the solutions worked anymore, until it miraculously started working after not using it for a while. After a week - broke again. It has been on and off for 5 MONTHS now... The customer service sending EMPTY MESSAGES to mark my case as solved in the system. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on their products.

I bought z20 max from the their webshop. They sent me a z20 plus. I can't find its battery anywhere. Even in their online shop. I ordered a battery for z20/z20 max and it doesn't match. Anyone knows where can I find a battery?

Just found out that this is NOT the Z20 PLUS. Simply because the torque sensor is missing in the back. They are literally scamming people at this point.

PYV Z20 and HIMO Z20 - same thing? Same manufacturer, different seller or what ?! I've even seen "Xiaomi HIMO Z20" !! Then there's the AD20...

Great bike, however after 10 months the folding becomes really hard and stiff. Its a pain in tne backside.
