Love this recipe!! We have a dish like this in the Philippines called Laing but we use gabi/taro leaves and some pork pieces in it and sometimes use fish paste as well. I like this recipe since it’s vegan 🌱 can’t wait to try more recipes! Oh yeah I’ve cooked your tinaktak recipe as well so good!! Thank you!! 🙏
