I like the idea mushrooms with spinach 👍this is what I will do next spinach I cook , thank you very much , I use full cream also with butter so I won’t need to use flour 👍no cream of mushrooms because that is all flour 😏

Too much milk makes spinach swim in the creamy mixtue. You still need to taste spinash not sauce. Just an advise reduce milk.
