      @@soHOTTsoTASTY Definitely I will make it when I find the ingredients cos out here in Wisconsin very lucky if I find it there is an oriental store here but hoping I will find the ingredients 🤞coconut milk is easy to find, but like young coconut/young coconut meat and cassava will have to look into. That’s why I miss back home (GUAM) cos Guam has everything to make. Chamorro food.

    If you made this video on guam, where did you buy your ArroyD coconut meat at?

    • @soHOTTsoTASTY
      @soHOTTsoTASTY  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hafa Adai and thank you for watching. I didnt make this recipe on Guam. I don't know where you would exactly buy the canned coconut meat from in Guam. But you can try Super Happy Mart, 7Day, American Groceries, Valencia's, or other grocery stores. Hope that will help you find that ingredient. If you're unsuccessful you can use frozen young coconut meat as well. Appreciate all the love and support. Blessings

    What does Cassava taste like? Is the young coconut sweet?

    • @soHOTTsoTASTY
      @soHOTTsoTASTY  ปีที่แล้ว

      Cassava has a sweet and nutty taste. Very light and starchy. It is similar to sweet potato or yams. As for the young coconut is it on the sweeter side. Very refreshing and delicious.

    Great recipe but open the tin cans before you shoot the video. Too tedious looking at can opener ops. Thanks

    Awesome teaching video. Could you have used a “better choice” of “background music” ??
    - I had to “turn off my volume” it was “annoying to hear along with a delicious recipe”; I’m grateful there was “the written captions” ☹️😱

    Better to use banana leaves so it does not taste like metal or foil …

    • @soHOTTsoTASTY

      Thanks for watching and yes that's true. I've also used ziploc bags to boil as well. The banana leaves are better though. Thanks for your comment and hope that you enjoyed my presentation. If you haven't SUBSCRIBED don't forget! Much Love.
