Hello Monika! Thank you so much! It's easy but I'm still catching my breath after even if it's only 10 mins. It's perfect for me because I really don't like exercises but I know it's important for my health and as someone who is nearing in her 30s and weigh 75 kg, 5'1 height, I want to look and feel good. This is a great start for beginners like me to start moving my body.
