I am loving your workouts! I have a tendency to do all or nothing training and over train, overwhelming and exhausting myself, and then turn myself off of it for a couple months and do literally nothing to recover, wash rinse repeat. These are a great level of challenge for long term enjoyment and so easy to follow. The are a perfect length to do before work and then I already feel like I accomplished something in my day. Thank you!

It's perfect for me because I really don't like exercises but I know it's important for my health and as someone who is nearing in her 30s and weigh 75 kg, 5'1 height, I want to look and feel good. This is a great start for beginners like me to start moving my body.
