Your workouts are controlled and stress free, so we can concentrate on form and keep cortisol levels in check. I like the standing glute and leg focus on this one too, thank you! 👍🏽
her workouts really are some of the best (for me), stress free, distraction free (no talking!), works both on muscle strength and movement, and easy on my ADHD too.
