  • This Chair Fitness Workout with Paul Eugene is a seated dumbbell exercise that helps you strengthen and tone your body. The result will be that you will be stronger, built lean muscle, tone up and add definition. This fitness workout also burns fat, calories and helps you lose weight.

    It is recommended to do strength training at least once a week but two days a week would be better, with at least 48 hours of rest in between each workout.
    it is also recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Doing this along with strength training will result in you be fit. That is the ability to do everyday chores without a struggle. Also your mental state will be sharper and you will be able to manage stress and your emotions much better. You will not only be fit but also in a state of wellness, exercising the body soul and mind.

    Thank you for the workout. I was truthfully nervous to give strength training a try, even in a chair, as POTS causes lightheadedness when standing or raising one's hands above their head. I had to take a couple breaks in the middle, especially at the part where we held the weights out to the sides. But I completed this, and I'll be back for more!

    This one was a killer! But I did it.I had to switch to 32 oz. water bottles instead of my 5 lb. dumbbells for some of the shoulder work.Arthritis makes my left shoulder weaker.Thanks for the good workout. 👍

    I just found you and love these exercise are doable for me suffering from old back injuries and a arthritis in my left shoulder . So I just modify a little love these videos because it makes me feel like I'm back in the game .

    Missed your zoom class today, thus I thought I'd try this workout. Soooo very glad I did. Lots of cracking and popping in my shoulders and feel much looser through the upper-body. Another uber-intelligent performance, Coach!!

    Thank you so much, Paul Eugene! I've just downloaded 145 of your videos, so there's no excuse for me not to exercise! I felt like I was back in the gym today while I was doing your seated dumbbell workout, but felt so comfortable being able to do this at home. In fact, I've added reminders on my calendar to do resistance training every Sunday and Wednesday, so I have 72 hours in between. Your dancing videos are fantastic, too, and they prepare me for my weekly virtual dance fusion class. Thank you for making exercise a fun thing to look forward to.

    I loved this video! I have back pain and take a great toning sitting class at a fitness center and wanted to find one online that gave the same result. Really can feel the burn and look forward to trying some of your other videos. My arms for my upcoming wedding are going to be FIERCE! Keep that laugh, it's addicting, LOL.
