Saturday is my “light cardio” day -- workout complete! Had really good full body strength and kickboxing workouts all week, so this was a welcome change of pace! 😂 I LOVE boxing and kickboxing, so enjoyed this a lot!
My mother and older sister are here visiting with us this week, and did this workout with me too! Perfect!
They walk for exercise but I’ve been trying to encourage them to workout more/more variety. 😉

Good to hear. I have started my strength training with a personal trainer. He has me lifting 3 days a week 1 hour each day. I am committed. This month of July all my workouts will be 45 - 60 minutes. I am glad that you mom and sister got some exercise in with me.

Your strength routine sounds like mine. I do 3 days of strength for an hour and 3 days of cardio (kickboxing and Tabata mainly, and I do one of your cardio workouts on Saturdays). I also do 30 minutes of mobility/flexibility on Sundays.

Hey Paul, fun and different workout! You may want to remind people to not lock out their punching arm when they are punching straight. It's real easy to hyper-extend your elbow that way. Love your workouts!
