    I did it now! These 12mins are fire 🔥 heart rate increases and sweaty! Honestly I felt these 12mins are better than an hour's workout! Power packed 12mins!! Thank you! ❤️

    Jan 13 2022 I started,now I'm on my 3rd day 3 times a day .. I'm also using waistrainer at the same time I do IF from 68kg now 65kg.. my goal weight is 50kg

      I have also started apple cider vinegar in morning with warm water(no diet )
      I do this exercise in evening & in morning m doing yoga...

    Without warmup don't do this becoz after I did I got severe chest pain and dizziness those who are in regular practice can do

      Work your way up. You can also do a lot more walking in between moves. But always rest if you really don't feel right

    My god...this is a hell good workout!! Exhausted in just 5 minutes...only 1 round...and sweating like fuck. Awesome. This was my first day lets hope to get on the rhythm in a week.

    yee I finally started this workout and this is my 2 day
    l think whoever wants to lose should start this because everything needs hard work and consistency patience and attention.
    But just think guys we all used to do all the things in the day but can't we give just 12 twelve to our body😥

    1st one❤️...didi i have started your 30 min beginners workout and hip thigh workout that you recently uploaded....i am not dieting but i avoid junk food...should i do dieting?
    And should i do your workouts twice or once a day?
