I am bidding on a contract for a 5000 sq ft clubhouse for a 55 and older community here in Florida. 4 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each bathroom, a small gym area with 12 machines and a weight rack, an aerobics classroom, a small offices, a common sitting area, a bar area, kitchen, small dining room and very small sitting area. plus the outside pool area cleaning about 20 tables and 60 chairs emptying 6 garbage cans dusting 5 ceilings fans. How much should I charge doing it 2x per week or 3x per week at 9-10hrs per visit.???

Hourly rate varies from 32-100/hr depending on the volume of hours. As we cannot charge 50/hour for a contract that's full time hours, we have to provide a volume discount on the hourly rate for bigger accounts. Also we pay cleaners as a subcontractor so our pay goes directly to the cleaner so they make more 20-25/hr. Supply costs is only 1-2% cost per month, not hourly. Average profit is 40%
