This covid has slowed,stopped and closed up some businesses and the 3 days a week part time work I had went to once a week and nothing,but can't think of many people wanting their kitchens and or bathrooms tornout and being put back.

I don't live in freez areas. I think if it's tied with rebar and a mini key in the center of the slab. It would have to move the whole slab. But again I don't have any experience with it. It was just a thought. I'm sure you are probably right.

The pressure that the ice lenses cause when they form will shift almost anything, it's just a matter of time.
