It's hard to beat the Laguna Beach stairway job, but this one turned out amazing. What you said about buying equipment and how to run a business is 100% on point. Also it's great you are teaching your crew how to use the equipment to grow your business. The rest of these people on TH-cam just show videos of them troweling concrete and are just laborer's. 2021 is going to be a great year for you.

What a crew. Beautiful work. I’m in Ohio and have looked for used pumps but can’t find. What a difference that would make. I rent a Georgia buggy when there is no access for the truck. Pump would be ideal. It costs $800 to get a pump truck on site. I use my John Deere 30g mini ex and a dump trailer for tear out. It works great for tight areas and doesn’t tear the hell out of green areas. I wish I had just one of your guys. I can’t find good help. 🤙🏻 Thanks for posting these videos.

Keep up the great work, and hope to get you on my projects soon!

I'd have to agree, having said the same thing in my own words on previous videos. My father imparted some great advice for me at a young age at times when I was cocky, "there is always someone bigger, badder, smarter and better looking...be humble". Really taken back by the amount of bragging on this video, honestly its good work but let's be real its either deep insecurity or a narcissistic superiority complex. I listen to the content of what he says in terms of technical information and honestly I'm not really impressed. This was pretty sad, you would think that someone who says in past videos "I post these videos to help motivate people and document my journey from losing everything and being homeless", that he would realize that he could lose it all just as quick as before and would learn humility and appreciation for where he is currently in life and in business. Smart talented people, like to teach and bring others up to their level, they never feel the need to assert themselves as the best because there is no best!!!! There is the best you can be which takes a lifetime to achieve as there is always more to learn!!! End rant.
