Have just finished eating this tonight and it was superb. There are only two of us, so I halved the ingredients, except for the duck and did home grown runner beans and carrots instead of salad. Plenty of duck, potatoes and plum sauce for another day. Thank you, Jamie.

No only cooked it for 2 hours when he first pulled it out he said he was an hour in than he put the potatoes under and cooked it for another hour so 2 hours total
