I just love how much this guy respects Vegetarian food unlike other celebrity chefs.
Almost all celebrity chefs respect and make vegetarian dishes. They don't respect vegan food and i don't blame them. Vegan and vegetarian are two different things.

OK, I have made all three of these and they were wonderful. I've made mushroom stroganoff before, but this is so much better than the one I made previously. And the burger? Wow - I did not think you could pull that much flavor into something like that.

I have been having more veg meals recently subconsciously but I would also like to do it more consciously. I think it is really important for overall balance.
