    Everyone’s recipes are little different. I’d give a try on this recipe and I am sure I’ll enjoy it like others.

    This is really interesting. I have always cooked souvlaki with the usual marinade olive oil lemon salt pepper and oregano and garlic. I have to give this a try. I guess the added mustard in the marinade, spearmint on the tzaziki, might give an extra layer of flavour. Thank for the video

    We used the pork tenderloin as you showed. We like the fat but I only had the tenderloin on hand! We love the marinade! Your recipe is a family favorite! Thank You for sharing!

    Hey Tony, Do you have a master recipe for greek pita bread? Best flour, best fermentation time and best technique? Something that is light, fluffy and has some chew. Previously I had made some recipes that were very heavy in texture (1/2 yogurt 1/2 flour)- if you have the time could you please share?

    With all due respect ,I have to inform you that in Greece, we don't use spearmint and origano in τζατζικι but dill.also we don't use cumin into pork but only" black peper and origano. Καλη ορεξη.

      Δημητρη ευχαριστω για το σχολιο σου, 100 διαφορετικες αποψεις για το τζατζικι και για την Ελλαδα συμφωνω μαζι σου. Ως Μικρασιατης στην καταγωγη χρησιμοποιουμε τον δυοσμο πιο πολυ απο τον ανηθο, και ειναι και κατι που μπορεις να βρεις πιο ευκολα εδω στην Αμερικη (απο ανηθο και την πικρη ριγανη που εχουν) Οσο για το χοιρινο και παλι δικιο εχεις, αλλα και παλι διαφορετικα κρεατα, αν προσεξες χρησιμοποιω ψαρονεφρι, δεν εχουν την ιδια νοστιμια τα κρεατα εδω οποτε προσθετω λιγο γευση με ενα απο τα λιγα "μπαχαρικα" που εχουμε στην Ελλαδα (τεραστια ποικιλια μυρωδικων). Και παλι ευχαριστω για το σχολιο!!

      hello friend, good question!!! I don't like to repeat the same ingredient too many times, there is already lots of garlic in the tzatziki. Thank you for your comment!!

    Why would you use tenderloin that has ZERO fat content??. Fat is where the flavor is. Better to use the pork shoulder.

      Absolutely right my friend, even pork belly is better and this is how we make it in my country, but here everyone hates fat🙂 when I made the video I had mine from shoulder and belly 😋
