- After watching a series of videos from a person that obviously has no clue about the ford explorer sport.....I decided to make my own...enjoy....

You know, to your number 1, "annoying law abiding citizens, driving speed limit opinion." Back in March of this year, i would have totally agreed with you on this. But March 10th made me change my mind.
We owned a police interceptor explorer. Kinda in the middle of our settlement now. When a young couple failed to yield at their stop sign. My husband and I both assumed that wouldnt happen, prior to our decision making purchase buttt, ya never really know what some ppl are thinking...
When we got out, we asked them what they would have done had we of been the police? We wasn't hit once but twice, on a road where we had no stop signs or red lights... i guess mine and my husband's thoughts and assumptions thinking we would be safe, if we bought an old police suv, were totally wrong... 😂 And that kinda sucks.
However, we're in the market for another one but we're not gonna snub our noses to the civilian models anymore.
Lucky the person behind me. I feel like it’s suspicious driving the speed limit, so I always speed a little.
I have a 2013 ex sport, and couldn't agree more, but I can tell it was hard for you to come up with 5 bad, because they are bad ass SUV's.

It's possible you might need an expedition if things like the mirrors and washer tank is to small.
yeah...that is definitely the one thing....here in GA the cops all have these same blacked out explorer sports as well and the moment you see one you slow down because you just don't know....if i get one i'm going to get it in burgundy or something because the engine in this is great especially seeing as how you aren't forced to put premium gas in it or ruin the turbo like you are forced to with german autos with a turbo engine.

You’re on a summer high performance tire, of course it’s gonna be bad in the snow.
I have a 2017 explorer limited and i dont really have a problem with the mirrors or blind spot, the biggest problem i have is the reverse lights. I dont know how they made the reverse lights so dim but i found the brightest bulbs i could to replace them and i still have to hold down the brake pedal to use the brake lights to back up my driveway at night.

I have a 2019 and I hate the front wheel drive torque steer under power... I will not miss that with the ST
I have 2018 XLT very smooth and comfortable its really great and fast SUV car I love it too much

Has your windshield wiper fluid ever start to leak at the beginning of your bottom bumper by your passenger side tire?
@christianbustamante7488 no, never. That sounds like that vehicle was in an accident
I have put in a full gallon of windshield washer fluid in my 2018 sport, but I was also completely out of washer fluid.
I test drove one. The only thing I hated about it was the extremely weak and cheap sound system. I wish it had the option to upgrade to a Bose or Harmon.

@The570Experience how many miles do you have on your Explorer now? Any major issues? Ive been doing some reading and people complained about the fuel pump failing prematurely. Really want this SUV. Seems like a hit or miss judging on the reviews online. Besides that it had a ton of torque and was extremely fun to drive when I test drove it.
@@gravitygabri3l I sold it in 2020...no-issue when I sold it...had 80k miles at the time
we have an xlt and i dunno much but it sounds good, goo bass and everything.
We have the Platinum with the Sony 12 speaker 500-watt system, and it rocks!!!
Thats so true about people thinking we are the police 🤣 in my city they decided to give white 2017 explorers to sheriff s so i didnt realize why everyone was driving the speed limit when im driving the speed limit... i drive the speed limit because i put it on cruise control 🤣 but nobody speeds is like we are all driving like a good citizens till today when a lady infront of me was driving ridiculous 30 mph and i was in a hurry. I passed her very upset looking at her and she yelled at me.... i thought you was the police hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha omg i swear i went from mad to historical laughing and i understood why everyone goes the limit when im around. About the blind spot you are right but i experienced the same with my Range rover, i think the new vehicles have lots of blind spots i dont know
Leah Princess like I said ..it's a blessing and a curse...on the highway they move over..especially when I'm going to work in uniform I look like a cop to so it's even worse..but on a two lane road..omg.....just go..they start swerving because thier looking in their mirrors instead of in front of them and go not one mile an hour over the speed limit...it's crazy annoying...at least I know someone else goes through my struggles.lol thx for the comments stay tuned...more videos to come

I sold that a long time ago....ive had 5 cars since then...nothing wrong with it...I would get another one....I needed a truck

I was looking at the twin turbo ones with the AWD and leather i had a st3 before this and nothing compares like a ford unless you want to drop 60k on a new bmw or audi or w.e and i dont wanna pay those repair bills@@The570Experience
@@The570Experience how has the maintenance been anything crazy you had to replace yet? I bought a almost new jeep costed me 1500 in repairs the first 6 months 😅
@@OfficialXanderZone I sold my explorer last year...I had it since new...so..5 years..85k miles..never one mechanical issue...the hood had to be repainted though it was under warranty
