I think chopper gets perfect scores honestly, he's one of the smartest people with his fruit finding ways to bypass restrictions ie rumble ball, he's creative for even thinking of it and using it to its fullest potential. Mastery of all his forms and using them skillfully to adjust in combat to his needs... Too tank? Lemme switch into a a mode that does lots of damage. Etc

Interesting theory, but reviving of characters is actually meh thing. The only good moment for that could be fight with Teach, where Marco dies, revives and never joins any battle again due to his fruit invalidity after death

Well it would be a waste including one of the most magestic and awesome mythical creature and not explore its mythology in a series like one piece where it suits the most. If oda includes the mythology of the phoenix, then it would be very interesting to see how oda enhances it with his creative and seemingly unfathomable imagination seeing this ridiculous story of one piece was born in this man's brain.

Luffy isn't dumb. I'd say he is just unwilling to apply his brains on things he doesn't find extremely important. So fights are usually do or die situation, so he actually applies some thought in such situations

All Akainu did was use his df offensive power and made it to the list while Enel did so much more
He even combined the electricity with his mantra to hear people's thoughts and know their location in a very wide range
All things considered he didn't use it nearly as well as he could have. Strongest fruit and his biggest feat is making a ship? He just could've accomplished way more if he was more creative.

Law should have an easy 10 for intelligence and usage, he used his devil fruit to cure his disease, he used it to make himself a warlord and apart from the immortal life surgery which he obviously knows how to do but isn’t ready to commit suicide, he’s done everything possible. He should be top 5 easy

Well that’s the thing, those are all basic usages of it. The fruit was made for doctors so it’s very easy to find those abilities. His stamina is close to nothing so he can barely use the fruit, he can manipulate anything within his space, so why not go bigger? Instead of just teleportation and stuff, make it so the people in the room can’t dodge it, tear their limbs off by switching them with rock or cells of certain objects
The thing is, Ope Ope no mi is originally designed to be based on the term "operation". Doing surgery is common sense

To be honest, i think Luffy's rating could have been at least 1 point higher. This is Intellignece concerning devil fruit use, not general intelligience, and Luffy pretty much excels in that aspect in using his fruit to fight.

Her awakening is more likely to be a living clone of herself... its not all that good of an idea tho considering any injury to anything is an injury to her real body. Imagine having a copy of herself doubling over in pain during the dress Rosa arc. It's a double edged devil fruit ability.

@@khaitong3468 In Alabasta cutting her duplicated hands hurt her, and thus early on it was revealed dealing damage to the grown body parts will injure Robin herself.
@@khaitong3468 not particularly, but in Alabasta the toughest members of the army hurt her hands on the door and her hand was bleeding. Robin is just so good at keeping her Hands out of Harms way that I don't think I've ever seen it again. She's very tactical and makes sure to use her abilities at what they're best at.

I agree with this whole list, but especially white beard. He literally became the strongest man there was (once Rodger died) but still used his fruit cautiously. He always had to be careful of friendly fire, damage to the surrounding area, etc. Even in marineford he was old, sick, and still managed to fight a good fight while being cautious. You can’t tell me he wasn’t cautious because if he wasn’t he would’ve taken out his allies and people he didn’t want to take out.

Thought experiment: Crocodile IS an awakened DF user.
He told Luffy, that one can evolve his DF powers, hinting at awakening. And what is one of his major moves? Sucking moisture out of the environment, aka influencing the outside of his body, turning it into the element his DF is based on.
He was using awakend powers from the Start, we just never got it explained.
Not only that but he is the one that first mentioned the awakening in Impel down...
Also is astonish how he just have 8 in creativity when he basically can do things that we haven't see other logias do like changing their environment into their element (aka transforming everything into sand) or doing something completely different from their own fruit powers, like you said Crocodile can suck moisture of things, his DF natural weakness is water yet he could still make his fruit to counter it's own weakness and can even make it an a large spaces as well, plus can even make *bombs* with sand.

Can't see why enel coulnd't enter the list through his creativity alone tbh, the dude could:
-restart his own heart
-boost the range of his observation haki
-heat up the air to create thunder claps
-heat up conductive materials to malleate his weapon
-travel through conductive materials
-charge his ship with electricity
-use storm clouds to boost his thunder attacks
Crocodile is still my second favorite “villain” and arc in One Piece. His character is just perfect in my eyes. So upset he was still defeated and succumbed to becoming a forgotten character at this point

He played a major role in the Impel Down breakout and at Marine Ford he not only managed to get to Ace unnoticed, he was the person who made it possible to free Ace from his handcuffs. When he worked for Crocodile his boss himself stated that he got the number 3 ranking only because of his intelligence. Tbh he just isn't a fighter and that has nothing to do with his df. In this whole list one could probably compare him with Cracker and Galdino would get the same scores in usage + mastery and he would best him in both creativity and intelligence. If you think otherwise, tell me what Mr. 3 couldn't do with his df compared to Cracker.

Law should have been top 10 at least since his fruit is primarily used by doctors to cure the incurable diseases but he also uses it to great use as a tool for fighting. Some examples of this is:
- Injection
- Radio Knife
- Scapel
- Counter Shock
- Gamma Knife
And to great effect, they work amazingly against opponents, which is why he has a bounty worth 550 million berries

It’s intelligence based on using his fruit, not general intelligence. The main part in his manipulation of the country was not his fruit, it was sugar’s fruit. Yes, he’s a master plotter, but as GLR said, he gets cocky in fights.

having just watched both of these videos, I definitely feel like in the creativity category you tend to give higher scores to better or stronger characters when compared to characters on the other list that are equally uncreative with their usage of the fruit.

Kind of astonished Brook didn't make this list. Unless he falls into the "what is actually happening?" removed-from-consideration group. He took essentially a simple one-up mushroom and turned it into full soul mastery. He can touch and control other entities' souls. Because of this, he was the only fruit user to have any direct effect against Big Mom's powers on WCI. His detached soul ability allows him to be perfect for reconnaissance and infiltration since he can pass through walls, and we've seen that used to great effect many times already. He's managed to bring a freezing attack to his arsenal because of his soul coldness or something. He manages to be incredibly useful and powerful despite being a very-fragile physical entity by using all his talent in the right ways. I feel like he's got to be something like: USG: 9, INT: 8, CTY: 10, MTY: 9. And, yes, I do mean Mastery = 9, because I'm pretty sure you've speculated yourself, Mr. GLR, that he's potentially awakened his fruit, which isn't hard to believe given how far he's taken it.

That wasn't exactly him consciously thinking of reviving himself. You can't think when you're medically dead. That was a by-product of his fruit.
He also combined it with observation haki which is a 10 in creativity, WAS A GOD so an easy 10 for usage, id put 7 or 8 for mastery for both the previous haki combination plus his ability to hit anyone on the white white sea and was just super comfortable with his powers in general including as you said restarted his heart. And he had both decent intelligence in and out of combat (use of flying machines) but minus a bit for arrogance so 5-8 range

Luffy is probably already the best DF user in the OP world. Absolutely nobody else would have been able to come up with inflating their blood vessels to increase power and speed tremendously, or use his legs to fly. He's a genius in application of a decent devil fruit turning it into an elite devil fruit

My personal hypothesis is that the power to turn imagination to reality is locked behind an awakening or gear 5,
Which means even if luffy did know from the start that it was the nika nika fruit, he would still be only a rubber man unless he awakened. so luffy earned his "OP" devil fruit by mastering his mediocre devil fruit.

I feel like you did a great job on ranking Doflamingo considering that his fruit isn’t really a good fruit if you don’t know how to use it. In which you need some great creativity to master it. And Doffy really proved that fact by making good use of his DF. Great video overall though 👍
