    Amazing meditation video. Everythings just perfect, your voice, background music, instructions. Together it brings me to a calm place i wish to return. While listening i keep seeing me id love to be, the better version of myself and how i walk in the city and people i know keep stopping me to say hi and notice how changed i am even narcissists wholl always pretend they notice nothing and nothing has changed but me knowing💯and feeling being another me dont care whether they say anything anymore but being pleased to know they do realise now how the real me is, how the better me is who is free from this curse. I dont expect anything from anyone just fully enjoying this beautiful state of soul and being happy. This little fantasy makes me relaxed even though sometimes i get sad and want to cry.

      That's great that you can visualize that!!! Make sure to make space for the sadness - because it was sad that you were not allowed to be this version of you.... so feel into the new you and the joy and confidence you're feeling AND notice the sadness of having that taken from you in the past 🤗

      For me, first time i felt so terrible everywhere because of health problems and chronic sleep deprivation i was on the bus going home from work i could only choose nose) later in bed i chose shoulders though it wasnt perfect but it felt more or less okay. Try lying down before sleep.

    Hi. Thank you for all the content you post! Do you have an exercise that would be a precursor to this? Learning to feel safe in the body when learning to connect with positive sensations? Thank you. I will do the inner child night meditation that you have tonight.

      5 deep breathing exercises properly done, meaning breath without lifting up the chest, inhale to the count of 7 hold air to the count of 3 and exhale slowly to the count of 7 are helpful for everybody. EFT tapping exercises are also great for stress, make you feel safe... there are many EFT videos in youtube you may practice with and 5 min done as needed daily is enough.

      Yes you can pendulate at night - and you may want to find some somatic exercises that help put the body into the parasympathetic state at night as well. I'll be posting some of my favorites soon 🤗
