This is my favorite video for relaxing my upper back and is helpful for loosening the tight muscles around my shoulder blades. Most of the upper back videos are pretty much the same yoga stretches. This one is unique and at least for me, more effective.

When you close your palm to your Dantian, for male it should be right palm over left palm and reverse for female.

+Kok Leng Pang Thank you for watching and for your opinion, Kok Leng Pang. Often, certain Qi Gong styles and teachers differentiate which hand should be on top for men and women. For Lee, the intention of the mind is most important, and where to bring attention.

I really like these Lee Holden videos. In Qigong do we always breath in through nose and out through mouth, or are there times when you keep mouth closed? I have to pause video and do it on my own because his pace is often really quick... not sure how he is deep breathing all the way going that fast - " keep this deep breathing with you through the routine" .... Been doing these for two months, really helps yoga practice. I would really like to buy a chart that shows the flows and the order to do them in so I can take a sheet of paper and practice somewhere outside instead of videos on youtube. Do you sell those?

They just have the names of the movements. That's nice but if you haven't learned them all by name and need a diagram/picture it doesn't help.
