    I practice every day often twice a day. I have been recovering from being hit by a truck while crossing the street and Qi Gong combined with Lee's approach have been a profoundly remarkable experience for me. Thank you Lee for your devotion and your passion to share it. I have many of your DVD's and use them all. Exercise to Heal - INDEED! If your sitting down get up and do seven minutes. Come on now...

    I don't think it is a coincidence, I am already feeling more positive, and almost ridiculously energetic soon after I do this simple 7 minute exercice in the garden, I find myself skipping back into the house. I gave a radio talk this morning (on the earthquake we recently suffered) and even at such an early hour my mind was clear. It is extraordinary, the effect of QiGong.

I have been doing just a few of those exercices a couple times a week, and the others, I couldn´t remember well enough, Now I intend to do them all, regularly!

    I've started spending an hour every afternoon in quarantine doing your qi gong videos followed by yoga and I'm pretty sure it's what's holding my life together right now!

    I did the 30 day challenge..for only 7 min it is amazing how it affects your body..though you have to do warm ups prior if you are not in great shape as can cause pain..helps you sleep better and gives a feeling of better physical health..I have ordered more of his DVD s

    I started this routine every morning after a recommendation from my acupuncturist, to help with a shoulder cuff injury. Within a month, I got to full strength on my shoulder! Plus, I'm more relaxed going into my day, as well as started a morning routine with other things I do I do, so I have a standard way to feel good every day. Thank you so much for this magic!

    Absolutely love this morning exercise. I've been starting my days with it, and now my husband has joined me. His body has been very stiff, unbendable, inflexible and stooped from years of hard work/abuse, and this video has gotten movement and flow going in his back, and he stands a bit straighter.     Thank you for this precious 7 minute routine.it got me through a very difficult time of trauma healing of a dog bite and the resultant hand surgeries. It allowed me to move my hand very gently and smoothly, and to allow energetic reconnection of my hands to my body. Thank you Lee, I am so glad I 'stumbled' upon your video.

    Thank You, Thank You and Thank You. I can't tell you how timely this is. I have multiple sclerosis. My body is so tight and inflamed = much pain. I know this practice is for me.
    This is my first time on your site, a Qi Gong teacher gave me your information today. I'm starting her class this week, its none to soon as my balance is anything but steady. I immediately started feeling a flow in my body. Everything was stuck. This is exactly what I need. My bones are cracking and popping all the time. It is difficult to bend and turn, looking forward to a long relationship with you... It feels sooooo good to stop and breath.

    I love this practice, it makes me feel so much peace. I am going to do 100 day gong of this practice, today is day 3. I will also do this on full moon with my chi lel lift chi up pour chi down practice (day 23 of 100 day gong) at 6pm pacific standard time making prayers that all being have Radiant Health, Absolute Joy, Peace, Wisdom and Prosperity Now & Eternally. I hope some other people are inspired and do the same. Together we can be the change. Thank you Lee.

    A few months ago, I had a problem with my sciatic nerve, that caused excruciating pain, on a scale of 10 with 10 being the worst, I rated it at an 8. This went on for two months. Western medicine failed to provide any sort of relief. Through your "Qi Gong for Low Back Pain" in the standing position by following your exercises I was cured within 3 days. Devoted to Qi Gong exercises for daily aches and pain.

    This is your one stop place to wellness, body mind and soul. I have been doing Qi-Gong for years. I recommend the Moving Meditation, which is a mediation and 34 minutes of movement. I am also a Therapeutic Tough practitioner so looking after my wellness, is important. Mr. Holden the videos are always so wonderful ..being set in nature is awesome.     I was camping in WA state and this guy showed up and he started to do Tai chi and Qigong in front of me. I do see more then most people as a clairvoyant but I think most people could have seen his lights from his body. some were blue some were purple some where orange and golden around him the lights moved like cars in a camera when you slow the film down you see the white and red lights of the cars in a line. But he was just standing there moving with those lights of colors around him I was actually really impressed he was able to do that. Grace Namaste

    I have been using this little sequence as my morning ritual on and off for two or three years now. Being only 7 minutes it is incredibly easy to fit into daily life.     I love this Qi Gong session - I have been suffering with anxiety and this heals that beautifully leaving me feeling refreshed and centred. With it only being 7 minutes it's so easy to fit in and Lee presents it so well!!! love it!!!

    I love this routine, it gives me a sense of calm and wellbeing,
    P.S. if you find it too fast for you play it at 0.75x speed, it's perfect for me at least until i have memorised the movements well, i also find this slower speed suitable for my breathing rhythem..

    This is fantastic. Such a short sequence but it has a profound effect on my mood for the rest of my day. You just feel good doing these movements.

    I really love to this exercise first thing in the morning. It really sets me up for the day as well as the other 10 minute exercise too.

This one, outdoor, near the lake tahoe( where we went last year .. memory ! ) This scenery is so beautiful , and adds to the relaxation !! Especially now with this pandemic...     Nice :) Blessed the qigong workout. Always Slow Down your Movements
    Something magical happens when we purposefully slow down our movements.
    Our breathing slows down too.
    Which relaxes us more.
    Which makes it easier to breathe.
    Which makes you sink into a nice meditative state of mind.
    PRACTICE DAILY WILL GIVE A BALANCE, HARMONY AND ENERGY. Namaste

    Hey Lee
    Had a lot of depression, I did Vipassana meditation 10 days every day 10 hours without having the participant speeches after 10 days no more depression, but after a week you returned. I did Ba duan Chin and Zen meditation that was also good. But your modern Qi Gong is the best fast no depression. I am an inventor and 3D designer, work a lot with CAD and ZBrush. Modern Qi Gong helps me very much, while drawing, which one must have indeed the whole in the head the solutions come also faster. Sore throats are also gone. Tai Chi was too complicated for me, Ba Duan Chin was easier and better. But your Qi Gong is very good for me.
