Cheers from the USSA. I’m blown away that you do these videos and make 10 drinks in one video take. I have your pdf hanging in the cupboard where I keep my coffee and can’t thank you enough.
Hey again 👋🏻 thanks for the support. I find these videos the easiest to make, when I can just get in a flow doing what I’ve done so many times. It seems to work well and everyone is finding it helpful. Great you got the pdf. I even illustrated the cold drinks myself 😊 All the best mate. Jimmy ✌🏻
Love all the recipes. Thanks for the video. Due to licensing, I'm not allowed to serve scooped ice cream on my coffee trailer. So I don't offer affogatos or add ice cream to my Frappuccinos. The other thing I do differently, is I pull double shot espressos into small 4oz containers, and refrigerate them. I then use those for all my iced drinks, it speeds up my service and my customers don't notice a difference in taste compared to a freshly pulled espresso. I get a lot of compliments on my ice drinks. Really enjoy your content, ice learned a ton from you guys. Thank you for everything you do to teach and share.
I’m sure coffee enthusiasts would notice being served a prepped cold shot. Not saying it makes a bad drink, but there’s definitely a notable difference. We do similar where I work and I’ve never had anyone upset about it, but it’s quite hard to get a complaint in my experience.
@@Will14670 I hear you loud and clear👍! At this point, we've never had anyone complain, if anything, they keep coming back for the same thing. I'd love to do a blind taste test with a few coffee enthusiasts to see what they think 🙂

Thank you for your information its intertaining ☕️👏😍
Great video. Just a quick question re workflow. Do you always keep your ice cubes in a bucket on the bench or was it just for this video? Or do you have a freezer underneath bench where you usually have to scoop the ice? Thanks!
I especially liked those moments in the preparation of iced mocha, when he touches the straw several times with his fingers in a place that some customer will soon put in his mouth. Cool! Bravo! Well done!
Thanks for sharing this fruitful video. By the way, assuming you're preparing an iced latte using the same dose of coffee @20g and the same amount of milk + ice. Do you think it would taste stronger with 25g output (ristretto) or 45g output (espresso) ?
Strength is always a matter of volume so more yield for sure. Using a ristretto with a darker roaster would ensure it a full of flavour but not adding any extra bitterness.
Hii, what makes the Iced drinks a Latte?? Is it the milk you use?? Do u stretch the milk first then let it cool? Or is it just normal flowing milk? I am learning Barista ❤️
No whipped cream on my iced coffee? Nah, kidding, I've lived in the US for 22 years and I'm still disappointed by the lack of ice cream every time I order an iced coffee. Yours looks amazing.
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Yes, I know, I was thinking back to the 80s when I was a kid drinking (why did my parents let me!) iced coffees in downtown Launceston replete with so much whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder. Living the dream!
Great video, thank you! Do you find pulling espresso straight on to ice alters the flavour profile? I’ve noticed it seems to make the shot taste more bitter, however, not sure if this is the espresso flavour itself or the result of the decreased temperature altering the flavour sensations/experience.
Its not a cold drink but its a cute Coffee dessert. Affogato. If you already have Ice cream just serve affogato Scoop of vanilla ice and Shot of espresso on top its soo good.

Iced coffee... with ice cream?!? Did you confuse yourself? :D Nice iced latte, but shouldn't an iced coffee just be a tall glass of brewed coffee (or alternatively an espresso) poured on ice + maybe a little bit of milk for sweetness? And the "iced cream coffee" you're making, is that maybe an australian thing to put ice cream in it? Otherwise I'd just call it .. an affogato lungo?
Yeah it’s an Aussie thing. We never use the word lungo, no one would know what that means. We don’t use lungo shots, only ever normale. It’s different all over the world and interesting to hear how it differs. Where are you? Jimmy ✌🏻

Where's the link to the download??
I have a question : why must we use glasses while making latte instead of cups? Any particular reasons?
I’d imagine it’s an aesthetic thing as it’s quite visually pleasing with glasses, especially with iced drinks :)
Yeah Jack is right, it looks nice. It is pretty standard here in Aus.
It is actually a 210ml glass which is more than a flat white cup which is 190ml.
When did Affogato stop being served with Cointreau?
