Good luck with the regrading. Since it’s in the case still hopefully the grade will stay the same after they fix the issues. Some quick story on my grading experience with CGC. I sent in a CIB link to past to get graded. It came back in the green case because of incorrect manual. I got an 8.5 overall grade. I bought the correct manual in better condition. I asked them if I can keep the game in the case and send as is. They said I should open it and send the game only with the correct manual. The game came back in the blue case with an 8.0 overall grade. I didn’t change anything but the manual. The manual got a higher grade but the box got a lower grade 🤦‍♂️. My brother sent in around 5 WATA games to get crossgraded. All of them except one got the same grade as WATA. The 1 game actually got a better grade from a 9.6 A+ to a 9.8 A+

It also sounds like they have a problem with quality control. There should be an inspection before packaging. That person should have to sign off on the inspection. Lastly, the person who graded your games has no clue. That person is probably flipping burgers these days.

Hi I have a question: they charge you $150 for the membership and give you the $150 credit, my question is if I can use that credit towards the grading of couple games

You can use the credit for grading services fees, but not for the shipping costs or add-ons
