It also sounds like they have a problem with quality control. There should be an inspection before packaging. That person should have to sign off on the inspection. Lastly, the person who graded your games has no clue. That person is probably flipping burgers these days.

They screwed you over. Whoever graded those should be fired. CGC should offer to grade all of the games again. Once they get bad word of mouth they will fail.

If I was to tell you anything about store I would tell you this much I once sold them a bunch of video games for NES CIB and some sealed video games such as world of outlaws sprint cars PS2 BLACK LABEL SEALED, a few other games sealed and not to mention a VGA GRADED GBA EXCITEBIKE sealed of course and it came back a VGA GRADED 95+ gold sticker. So that being said I also did a bunch of vintage Pokemon first edition in jungle. More like I gave them away to these fools just like when I sold to there Madera CA store a vintage Ghost Rider #1 from 1967 the one where GHOST RIDER is riding the white horse in VF CONDITION for $50. Love how I hooked them up with some excellent stuff for pennies on the dollar because I know they couldn't afford it just starting out. But I will tell you this much this person in the video cried and complained directly to me because he wasn't able to sell the games I sold to them and the funny thing is I told him if you couldn't sell the items that I'm selling to you today, then go ahead and contact me later and I'll buy them back from you. Did it ever happen not once did I get a response back from this guy. As a matter of fact I even had to help their employee send the difference between a NES 3 screw game and a 5 screw game. And well these people don't ever offer much for anything they are disrespectful to veterans and they seriously overstep their boundaries with your own merchandise that you bring them trying to sell it to them by throwing it in your box and telling you to get out of your store seriously these people can't be trusted at all and this is because when I saw to their store a final fantasy game for Playstation 2 collector's edition with a steel box they resealed each game I sold them in order to resell them at a higher value they were not brand new in anyway. So seriously that being said can you trust anything that that person has graded to be legitimate! You can't because not all video games came with a HANGTAB and you know that as well as I know that to be the truth behind everything. And for this person to tell me I had nothing but value that his collectors wanted better quality 41 he doesn't have collectors visiting is store at all, and I'm sitting in a metal Storm NES complete game to be graded it's coming back a 9.2 by Wata Games seriously I have nothing of value bud really! That's why I sold a tomb raider PlayStation 1 Black Label video game sealed Wata Graded at Heritage Auctions and it's selling for $156,900 for one video game. So let it be known that I was offered these games to this store for $3500 dollars and I was told that I had $900 in games. Metal Storm NES Wata graded sold yesterday on eBay for $1000+ and I sold the games that I took that store all 145 NES VIDEO GAMES CIB sold them on eBay for $247,000. And don't have any overhead at all and well I think you for being cheap for not wanting to buy anything from me. And I wish I would have kept what I sold to legends cause had I kept everything I would have made hella money but at least I can say that I bought a house with my sells in video games. So that being said seriously this place is small time and always will be especially when I look out for them and they take advantage of people who fought for their country people seriously I'm a disabled army ranger and this store is a joke about their games. They don't clean them and the even changed the prices of their manuals when my wife was getting ready to buy them from their store its because they don't like veterans I don't know or maybe they don't like Hispanic women I couldn't tell you that one I don't know for sure I just know how my wife was treated and I just know how I treated and well this store didn't treat me like a human at all and this dude tried to man handle me and well its all Good cause I am going places in my life and you sir look retarded especially when you tried to tell me that I had nothing of value if that was true how come it is that I made close to $500,000 selling my video games I had nothing about you really yeah right you have no integrity and you have no value

The person has good taste of games. I have them in factory sealed as well. Initially, I kept them new as backlog to play later. As games got piled up, I ended up collecting them and that’s when retro gaming started to pick up.
