Installation process of a big bore on AM6 | Sherco Supermoto 50

- ITS TIME.... Ok, so this is the first process to getting this bike as a capable bike to ride all around your town. This isn't a How to install a bore kit on an AM6 Sherco. We do a 70cc Bore kit on the am6 in the Sherco and for the price, it's very worth it! This is a few tips and tricks and see what the time frame and process is to do this. In the next video, Brandon shows the outcome of the speed and the tuning.

The unknown device is designed to lean the carburetor under certain conditions. It is an emissions thing. It basically introduces an air leak.

Ha, I found this vid while looking at putting a Sherco 250/300 into my 03 Aprilia RS50 😂 currently AM6 with 50mm Malossi MHR Team.
am6 is a beast little motor get 30+ hp out of them
Can you run the sherco with a unrestrictet original exaust?
Those AM6 motors are quite the fuss here in Europe. Nice looking build you got there. May I ask is there a difference between a stock and malossi multivar 2000 variator? (I have a 70cc taiwanese kit Leo Vince tt exhaust and dellorto 17.5 , with a really good tune)

I could dig something like that, something small and light, I love super moto style bikes, I'd love something crossed with a cafe racer and super moto, for a transportation/ daily type bike, this size, maybe lowered, ya don't need that much suspension travel on that kind of bike!
That would be cool! you could for sure build that with this!
Great videos . I need information . I have 1998. Rx 50 Aprilia . If I am going to put inside Polini 70 ccm , 47 bore kit , do I have to make any change in crancases? Do I need to grind the crankshaft blocks to get the cylinder well inside and the piston not to hit the bottom dead center in the blocks? It is rare old Polini W shape kit. Tnx

I have heard that on sherco sm50 there is a cable and if you cut it the topspeed will go from 45kmh to over 70kmh, do you now if that is true?
Yes. But you have to take out the exaust restrictor too
