Try the r3 pipe, also pretty bad low end but it should match the cylinder better and red higher, or the metrakit pro race pipe

Just bought 1 of these for £500 and it runs with all the paperwork, it's road legal as well but I'm in the United Kingdom, this 1 you've built sounds and looks fast !!
77cc is 21mm carb for street use. That motor should have been a long stroke 86cc TPR, full race ignition, Voca big bore or Yasuni R4 pipe and 32mm PWK. Spinning 25-30 hp depending on the case prep and tune.
Did you guys change out the crankshaft for a reinforced one? Would be neat, just to make sure the stock crank doesn't breakdown with all that power
Is Sherco going to make a street-legal version of this bike for the USA. I recently crashed my Honda CT70 with a 140 Pirahna engine on it. Tore up my shoulder and shattered my elbow. YIKES. So I recently bought a Zuma 50 to fix up, just to get back on two wheels again until I am fully recovered. (thanks for the candy) I was thinking about buying a Grom when I get all healed up. But this thing looks a lot more interesting. Thanks for your input.

The carb is way way off lol with this kit the front wheel would be lifted up on the first 2 gears on acceleration

100% its off and yeah that all depends on gearing this is geared for 90 mph we have 2 more videos on the way do you have a video of your bikes?

Looks like a yasuni R3, it is a 70/80cc exhaust
I want to remove the speed limiter on mine where is this located

Honda would be OUT OF Business in a WEEK IF Sherco Brought that to the UK. That;s a NICE Bike Bud. The UK IS SOO STRANGLED by those Dipshits in Brussels Called the EU, We can;t even Import GOOD Supplements from the USA [Seriously].
We deal with the same stuff. This bike isn’t technically street legal here due to emissions. Yet you can have a diesel truck spewing black soot that doesn’t need to go through emissions
