How to service your kicker cover on your zuma, genuine, ruckus etc. This is a pain, and its a very common issue. Your scooter will vary depending on brand and model, but the theory is all very similar! Please wear gloves and eye preotection, take your time. When the gears are installed set it down on the table with a socket facing upward and set the half moon gears on it. And you can just push down on the case keeping that shaft up and set in your clips. Hope that helps someone . Cheers

Any idea with a scooter that doesn’t start?
I have changed the carborator, plug and it’s fireing, it’s getting fuel.
And it’s almost starting, not starting on the kicker either.

Hey! I found you dudes through some googling. I have an 01 Zuma that needs a new frog fairing. Everything else is in good shape. It’s that deepish red OEM color. Am I able to buy that separate from an entire fairing kit?

Hey guys what does the s23 deluxe variator kit for the navi exactly do last time i bought one my cvt exploded lol it was 400$ but i have warrantys so it was 70

I don’t understand? Belts explode when they’re worn but the clutch and variators don’t explode unless they’re installed wrong

I put everything together how I put my original cvt together my stock never exploded but when I put the deluxe in I went down the road and it blew I opened it put the belt was non existant and the rolleres were welded to the variator i was sad I dont know what the upgraded variator does for me.

You need a bigger hammer ratchet 10:31
