Rosemary Focaccia and Cream of Mushroom Soup

- ◎Rosemary Focaccia
[Ingredients]
150g bread flour
100g cake flour
4g salt
6g sugar
3g dry yeast
160ml lukewarm water
15g extra virgin olive oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
flaky sea salt
[Instructions]
1. In a large bowl, put all dry ingredients and mix. Add water and olive oil, mix well.
2. Transfer the dough onto a kneading board, and knead it until it becomes smooth.
3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
4. Gently press the dough to release the gas in it. Give the bench rest for 15 min.
5. Transfer the dough to parchment paper and gently stretch out the dough with your hand into a rectangle.
6. Cover it and let it rise for about 45 min.
7. Poke the dough with your finger. Brush with olive oil (not listed), put rosemary leaves on top, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
8. Bake in the oven preheated to 235°C/450°F for 15 min.
◎Cream of mushroom soup
[Ingredients] 2 servings
100g brown mushroom
100g maitake mushroom
1/2 onion
2 slice of bacon
20g butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
200ml chicken broth
200ml milk
salt and pepper
parsley
[Instructions]
1. Stir-fry the ingredients in butter, add flour and mix.
2. Add broth and milk, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle with parsley.

フォカッチャ美味しいですよね。
ちょっと薄目に焼いて生ハムやモッツアレラ・トマトなどをサンドしてもいいし
バジルを練りこんで焼いてもいいし、ローズマリーも外せない。いろんなアレンジができますよね。
動画見てたら、自分でも焼けそうな気がしてきました。今度トライしてみますね。
