I have done total knee replacement 1st of June 2021.in London, because of Corona virus I haven't seen a physician, iam doing all the exercises. But my knee has stuck in stuck bent position. No matter how hard I try my knee dose not move.iam very worried. Please advice me.thank you very much

It feels so relaxed and bit stronger than before. But while lifting my leg upward during RANGE OF MOTION exercise i feel pain in MCL. You can continue with the exercise but reduce the number of repetition. As you feel confident after few days you can increase the number of repetition
