What a great floorplan. The interior is awesome. Looks very well built. I think it's priced VERY well. This would work for me. I love those samples of blue cabinetry in the kitchen island and in the master bath.
I really like this single-wide. I especially like that it is a 2 bdrm, 2 bath. I would like to see the bdrms more equal in size. Very nice kitchen and pantry.
Almost in my backyard again. This would be a great starter home for someone or for those who want to downsize. I really love this place and the exterior of it. My favorite part is the pantry.❤❤❤
Love this one. Just me, my teenage son, and my service dog so this is almost perfect. My only real complaint is how small the second bedroom is. At that small a space, Id rather lose the master bathroom and downsize the closet to add square footage to the second bed. If I were to nitpick I'd add that there isn't a coat or broom closet, but I think it could still easily be doable for a family like mine.
Love the kitchen cabnets. White, but you can still see the grain of the wood.the pantry is a nice bonus. Can't do the walk through laundry. The mat black in the master is beautiful unless you have hard water. Nice little home if you need to be debt free, and are ok with the basics. Less than a tiny home with lots more room.
If there are any mobile home manufacturers reading this PLEASE MAKE OLD-FASHIONED FLOOR PLANS WITH THE LIVING ROOM AT THE END!!!! I am an interior designer and it is impossible to design living rooms with only 2 walls!!! I need 3 walls!!!! There is absolutely no need to have the bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. Plus there is no coziness/caccoon factor to a living room if people are walking thru it. Please! Please! Please! I have seen mobile homes from the 50's/60's with the living room at the end so I know it can be done!!!!

This is a great debt free home. Only change, door in guest room, barn door need d. Door takes up to much room. Buy it, redesign into your forever home.

This house have pizazz, just right for me!❤except i would ask for the shub/combo in the primary suite instead, then it would really be made for me!😊.
The primary bath leaves a bit to be desired because it is so small, I would definitely try to make changes. Overall the kitchen, pantry and living room are ok.

Not a bad house over all, pantry is great with space for keeping counter top appliances out of the way - helps with visually opening the home’s core area - lot’s to like. Wouldn’t one think that there has to be a better way to join VOG panels than clumsy battens? There is at least one 24” window that has 3 of them under it - really? I’ve seen commercial VOG panels that are wider with nominally visual joints - barely an 1/8” seam - maybe hidden fasteners with a mini shiplap-type reveal or mini t&g of some sort? Spaceship rides for sale but antiquated joinery for wall panels. Baths are nice, bedrooms are tight and closets are small; aside from the pantry where do you put your stuff to un-clutter the floor space? The dining “nook” is essentially leftover space they could have put in a BR or LR/KIT.
Love the home but I wish they would reverse the pantry area to the back side of the house and the dining room area to the front side of the house also know that they have Windows and the bathrooms
I think if they could add two more feet to the length and put it in the front bedroom and get rid of the wire shelves it would make a nice house. A little short on overhead kitchen cabinets dishes though. To me it is a very livable house. you also said 14 wide, definitely needs to be 16 wide.

I'm in Florida I grew up in Alabama I've never seen those heaters in person but I've seen them on HGTV. That's how I knew what they were.
