The only drawback I can see with the secret passage from the laundry room to the bathroom, is when one of the little kids brings the neighborhood kids in to see the secret passage only to find Mom sitting on the throne. 😯😂
CHANCE?? I HAVE TO TELL YOU? THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOMES YOU HAVE SHOWED THIS YEAR!! LOVE THE LENGTH, THE COLOR, AND THE KITCHEN IS TO DIE FOR!! HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO FIND THIS GEM?? JUST STUNNING TO LOOK AT TO VISION!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS WINNER!!
I love love that kitchen! You are so right... I would love to get in there to cook up a few feasts! The pass through to the Landry room is a pretty cool idea. I've actually seen a home with a washer and dryer in the main bedroom walk in. It was pretty neat
I love your FCA hat!!!💝💝 My daughter has been involved with FCA for 10 yrs with 2 years of internship!!💝 She even started FCA at her college with currently 60 some members!!💝 God bless you Chance and your beautiful family abundantly!!📖✝️🕊👑🙏🙌💝💝 Thank you for all you do!! 💝 I enjoy your home videos so much!!💝
It's dinner and a mini "HOME" movie!😂 Get it??? it's a corny Chance joke🤣😂 Im at work and eating dinner so it really is a dinner and tour (Home movie, lol! I know you get it👍
Hey Commodore Homes...1980 called...they want their finishes back! 😂😂😂. Wow...this house brought me all the way back to my childhood ranch house, with the orange oak trim, cabinets, and dark tile.
Everybody needs the Chance customization so we can always be excited about our sink hardware and casement windows. First time I've seen solid wood doors in a modular.
Love that it has a foyer. 2 ovens!!! Woohoo! Love thar! Pantry nice! Good size diningroom. Primary is nice. Love the big sink area.very nice home. Thank you for the tour. Happy Thanksgiving.🦃🦃🍗
Love thee lighter wood doors and cabinets and the countertop color and windows wood frames. Love the kitchen and double ovens, the entire home😂Love the stand alone tub
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the doorway that leads into the laundry room. I do love the built-ins throughout.❤❤❤❤❤
Wow!!! I think I found my other dream home!!! That kitchen, I’m in love!!! This is the best one I’ve seen in a while! Have to get rid of the wire racks though. Thanks Chance for showing this one.
Definitely no carpet in the dining area. Don't care for the glass cabnets in the master bath. Great in a kitchen , but who wants to see a bunch of medicine bottles, etc. Other wise the floor plan is very nice.
This one is a keeper Chance. You had me with the Knotty Pine wood grain interior doors and trim. I like natural wood, brick or stone inside a home, so I’d like to have seen it surrounding the fireplace. Put in a vent hood for the kitchen stovetop, and a laundry sink in the laundry room, and this one will leave little room for improvement. As usual, great tour man.
I love the kitchen! I definitely agree with you about the carpet in the dining room, Chance. Then again, I have wood floors throughout my home (except for bathrooms). I just use area rugs for softness and to ground the spaces in the family room and bedrooms.
This is the perfect home, in my opinion. I wouldn’t change a thing about the layout, just the flooring. I’m not a fan of carpet, so I would opt for all laminate flooring. But other than that, I absolutely love this one, Chance! You did good. 😂
Nice home! The passage between the mstr closet and laundry room is genius! I would have shelves in the passage to hold clothes baskets. Love the dining room and kitchen as well!
Great home, even if more open than I normally like. Loved the foyer with the true entryway with a much needed coat closet!!! The island helped to divide the living room from the kitchen. The living room was large with nice detail. The kitchen was beautiful with the wood cabinets and some glassed in cabinets. Great pantry too. I’d definitely switch out the wire racks to wood in the pantry and the closets because I’ve dealt with wire racks before and they don’t function well because they often fall off and clothes don’t fit well on them. I’m sure that can be changed. That laundry cupboard leading to the utility room was a fantastic idea!!! Overall, it’s a wonderful home~Thanks Chance!
Being a former homeowner (I gave our forever home to my ex wife, since she was a general contractor with me when we remodeled my Mom's home in Pebble Creek AZ after she went to heaven to join my Dad and brothers). Crazy as it sounds, before my Dad became a nuclear health physicist that built our nuclear Navy from the mid 60's to the 80's, he was also a construction worker and realtor with my Mom, until they took me and my bros from Chicago to CA in '66. I've always loved dwelling tours of all types, even apartments like the tour I got of my apartment where I have lived just shy of eight years. My wife and I found the perfect floorplan in our 3100sf tract home, a spec home. Only one of our three homes was built from scratch, our second home which like our 3100sf home was two story. My first two homes as a kid were two story homes in Illinois, the last a Cape Cod style, but after our third Tornado and third time with minor Tornado damage we felt we'd fare better in the land of earthquakes, even happier with our minor damage of the '89 earthquake that most modular homeowners had as well, except for those who were on brick foundations with no bolts connecting the home to the foundation. Modular homes can be as safe and sound as tract homes and in about five years I will put one up on land in Arizona's White mountains where it can snow just as much as Illinois.
Normally, I love the wood look, but I'm not really a fan. I love the house, they layout, but I'd definitely make some changes. I LOVE the secret door to the laundry room!! I agree, genius decision
Wassup Chance, this is perfect, just add brick or stone around the fireplace, and get rid of the bathtub, also I love the wood doors and trimming, gives out the cabin vibe.
Very nice. Love the ensuite bath. That's the way i would like my bathroom to be: free standing tub and separate shower. Can they make one where you have foyer with a half bath? If you gotta run to the bathroom, it'll be right by the front door. Im not a dining room person so i would rather have that area be closed in to use as an office. This is probably one of the nicest modular homes ive seen
What a beautiful lay out, the price always shocks me but I’m the girl that when you say “that was a decade ago” I think 1990 😂 I’m not adjusting to old age very well AT ALL! But I love the kitchen, butlers pantry and utility room, I think I’d even widen that hamper pass thru just enough so if the grand kids need to run in and get to the potty they (me, I mean me) could get there fast 🏃💨 lol. Wish the secondary rooms were slightly larger and the entertainment, tv wall wasn’t a shared wall with one of the rooms, but maybe make that one an office.
This is gorgeous, but I need a bigger master closet, take those upper cabinets in the master bath out entirely, an enclosed water closet, and a tile shower (one of the floorplan options takes care of those last 2).
I loved the house especially the kitchen. I would have opted for a exhaust vent hood over the stove instead of that down draft system. Great house though God bless 🙏
Such a nice home. I like the layout; I really like that kitchen except location of the cooktop and it has no vent that I could see. Not crazy about the color of the LVP in the kitchen; would rather it looked more like hardwood floors, throughout the house----no carpet. Don't understand electric "fireplaces"; would rather have a real one. Great tour, Chance. Blessings to you and your family.
I like the red 2 story cape style you showed us in the past. I'd enjoy a recap of that house and I'd like to know if it's available to be delivered and set-up in Michigan. Thank you.
we have the same house......different builder.....so we "stretched" the master bedroom to have a larger laundry and closet. We also do not have the entry way (wish we did) and we added a second floor so there is another 1200 sq feet upstairs. Ours is a double...the one you have shown was not available to us. Ours was built by RNL
PLEASE do us a massive favor and take a trip to CO/AZ/UT and show us the best homes available in the west. We love Deer Valley and need to find a western home similar in quality and price.
About 25 years ago, when triple wides began to really be a thing, in the Austin Tx area, there would be lots of radio spots announcing, "Trip-trip-triple wides!!!!!" My wife and I still laugh about that because you'd hear them several times a day, every day, for probably 6 months or so. Let's see what this model has to offer...
For a triple wide it is small. My DW is almost 1800 square feet I got a living room and a den the two bedroom is a little small but big enough dor queen beds and I definitely wouldn't have a tub in the master bedroom
Count your blessings and your problems if your problems outnumbered your blessings count again chances are the things you take for granted were not added praise God praying for everyone Everyday God bless you all
Chance, I am searching for my dream home. I saw it on your channel by chance. The thumbnail simply said it’s a triple wide. It had a beautiful light colored kitchen off to the right as you entered the door. The island was shaped with 3 sides opening to the kitchen. I have searched your channel and can’t find it. Can you please help me find it?
The roll out windows are called "casement" windows - thought someone else would have let you know - I guess I have to do it. 🙄 My post-WWII home has them. Too much house for me. I think it could be smaller and more efficient.
Only thing I would change is no carpet in the dining area, trade the flat top stove for a more conventional one and I'm home. I have heavy cast iron pieces and those flat tops are too flimsy.
The only drawback I can see with the secret passage from the laundry room to the bathroom, is when one of the little kids brings the neighborhood kids in to see the secret passage only to find Mom sitting on the throne. 😯😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Two ovens why
@@stargell6414
One oven for the turkey and the other oven for the vegetables.
When a turkey comes out then you use that oven for the biscuits.
😉
lol😂
Yeah i would add a lock on the door
All those chairs on the top of the shelf in the coat closet is an testament to the strength of the wire racks.
Wire racks are the worst (in my opinion). When I see wire racks, I think of a cheaper installation.
I fast forwarded a bit and as soon as it started playing again you said "Did y'all fast forward?" Like how did you know? 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
I love love that kitchen! You are so right... I would love to get in there to cook up a few feasts! The pass through to the Landry room is a pretty cool idea. I've actually seen a home with a washer and dryer in the main bedroom walk in. It was pretty neat

Haha, I get it!
I wish I could afford this triple on some land. It is so spacious. Very beautiful...
This is a beautiful dream home. I absolutely love the kitchen.
Thank you Chance for all your hard work I appreciate you showing us all these houses!!!
I Luv it! I would never stop cooking! I need this home delivered today! ❤❤❤

I live the Doors❤ and the Kitchen a Very Different look with those color Cabinets and Trims🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love this one!! ❤ So pretty.
Thank you! 😊

Chance this is a home with great layout, beautiful decor with a foyer and pantry . Many blessings to those watching this home tour. 🏡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🏡.

I love this kitchen. I would'nt change anything about it.❤😊
Love the layout, with the foyer and secret door, very nice!
Would change some colors, but love the layout!
Love this home 5 🌟 beautiful country rustic look❤❤❤
I didn't Fast Forward... I just zoned out while I was writing up a grocery list... so I had to rewind anyways lol
Definitely no carpet in the dining area. Don't care for the glass cabnets in the master bath. Great in a kitchen , but who wants to see a bunch of medicine bottles, etc. Other wise the floor plan is very nice.
I would happily call this my forever home. Beautiful layout !!
Nice home!I like the entry way. Triple wides offer so much, with extra space.
Beautiful home. Thanks for the tour. Blessings.
Sir far, I love the wood.

Best one so far, 100%, ❤ from Canada!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Aside from the wire racks and barn door, this is a great home!
Nice home! The passage between the mstr closet and laundry room is genius! I would have shelves in the passage to hold clothes baskets. Love the dining room and kitchen as well!

My husband folds his clothes then puts them in his hamper. He also does his own laundry.
Nice setup Great find Chance

Ok Chance when are you going to show us the moves of the pantry dance
Love the natural wood doors and molding…
Love the natural wood, carpet and where the master is located.
❤❤❤👋🏿💯👍🏿 yes!!! Very nice.
Now that island is a number one, 2 ovens 🎉🎉

I actually just sat here and said the word customization with you 😂😂
First to comment! Thanks for the reviews Chance!!
Like the cabinet color
Beautiful ❤
Really like this layout..
With a two car garage. And basement it would be a great home. Almost wants me to move back to the mid west.

My favorite

I think the vent was in the middle where the 2 lines of slots were. I'm assuming the venting is blown under the house.
@@pamelavance8753 Thank you! Never thought about that! Blessings to you.
i love the doors
With a little tweekng I could go with this one.
GOD BLESS YOU. BLESSED THANKSGIVING WEEK
Where's the vent hood? Nice pantry but I would put solid shelves in it. No carpet in the dining room.

Love the windows in the kitchen, but would want my stove somewhere else.
I love the doors. I could do without the doors between the master bathroom and the laundry room.
I like kitchen so nice very preety floor nice
If you could enclose lr a little from kitchen so its not open so much but commodore makes beautiful beautiful homes

Is that double ovens?
I like the layout of this house. But, where is the range hood?
Not fan of the crank out window type, can you get a single sache window type instead?
Hello!!

I would get this home with no carpet at all in the living room so the whole room is solid surface flowing into the kitchen
I love this home. Do these get to GA?
The roll out windows are called "casement" windows - thought someone else would have let you know - I guess I have to do it. 🙄 My post-WWII home has them.
Too much house for me. I think it could be smaller and more efficient.
Id personally like a slightly smaller pantry and a bigger walk in closet in the master
It should be “Customer-zation”! 😜😬
Only thing I would change is no carpet in the dining area, trade the flat top stove for a more conventional one and I'm home. I have heavy cast iron pieces and those flat tops are too flimsy.
Great idea!
Hey Chance do you have a recommendation for a high quality manufactured/modular home in Washington/Idaho state?
Is it me or does anyone else miss the old pantry song and dance 😢
No screens on windows?
Are you saying customisation or customersation
One word........SOLD!!!!
Chance I love your views of this home you go boy hot damm
When I get rich I buy this house.
Would want white trim, the wood trim around the windows and stuff just feel unfinished to me.
The moment I saw those cheap wire racks killed the vibe for me.
Everything is just right, but they failed with the small master bedroom closet.
Nice to high price for me
I don't like the non vent above the cook top.
